Great people who no there stuff been using them for years

Tried scheduling a day and time and the lady I spoke with basically told me that I have to work on their time a day. Was rude and wasn't trying to here the time and day I was available to be home for the service

I talked to some very rude lady on the phone briefly before proceeding to have this company come service my house. The phone interaction was enough for me to no longer be willing to come out. Terrible customer service and their prices aren’t the best. Would reccomend checking other businesses out first.

I live in an apartment complex, all the air conditioning units Livingston Air has installed the past 2 years are faulty. Mine leaks buckets of water. If you have the time to take off of work for them to come out to fix the system ( the apt complex has a 10 yr warranty to fix the units), then go for it.

What a great company... John and Darlene have built a super company;... I used to work in the industry 25 years ago and I know quality work... They arrived on time and got to work... They worked well as a team and each knew their own jobs well... A 5 star company... Their work was flawless and complete...

They could have been greedy and charged me an after hours service charge but instead they realized my my batteries died in my thermostat and walked me through how to change them out over the phone. Another time my outside fan stopped working. It was a dead lizard stopping it from rotating. The service guy, got rid of the lizard and told me he would not charge me because he was there less than 10 minutes.

My landlord uses this company and they are the best. They were on time and fixed my air in no time. The technician was very professional and knowledgable. The office staff was also. Would highly recommend this company !

I was given a written estimate for 3.5 ton 16 seer. The owner called and spoke to me a handful of times, regarding what I wanted and in great detail! He then installed a less seer that was not per our estimate or conversation, but he caught me at an off moment. He had me come in to sign a paper. Sign something that, I trusted was per our conversations, but was not! Untrustworthy and dishonest are the two names I would put on this company

They installed a new air conditioning system at my house. So far so good. Had a pleasant experience with staff. They have been in Lehigh and they uphold their good reputation.

I have dealt with Livingston air for years. And can say. They are always helpful in all aspects of there business. From the office to equipment and service. Very polite, and quality workmanship.

Livingston Air replaced the 25-30 year old unit that was in our condo last September. Best price around and the entire process was extremely smooth. Very professional technicians that really know what they are doing! Very highly recommended!!!

I had a AC problem and called them , Mike called me by the end of the day, and set up a time for next day . Great service.
I live out of town and when my NEST Thermostat advised me my AC wasn’t working I called Livingston Air again . Mike went to check it out that day ! Turned out I needed a big repair or a complete new sysytem . We went with the new system with a great 10yr warranty . Communication was excellent throughout .

Absolutely wonderful experience. When we called for a replacement of our AC unit we were greeted by a professional to set the appointment. Darlene was very courteous. For the appointment the gentleman was on time and professional. When the estimate was presented to us, the work to be done was explained thoroughly. The day of the replacement, the workers were on time and professional. This was a great experience for my husband and myself. Thank you!
