Monday it was 95 degrees outside and 85 inside my house when I got home from work. I called Comfort Peeps and Brandon came out and had it up and running in one hour. Had great experience with comfort peeps heating &cooling. My AC gave out and they were able to have someone check it out within hours. Communication was great and the technician explained the issue in detail.

Great service from Brandon. I called late afternoon because my air wasn’t working at my salon. Comfort Peeps had him there first thing the following morning and fixed us up. We were able to continue servicing our customers with very little discomfort time.

This is a family-owned business, and I called them because my AC stopped working on Saturday night. They’re located right inside the Stonybrook community, and I was impressed when they returned mylcall that same evening.

They came to my house the next day around noon and quickly diagnosed the issue, it turned out there was nothing wrong with the air conditioning system. I had accidentally switched the thermostat to “heat” instead of “cool,” which explained why the second-floor AC wasn’t working.
