Greg was an amazing technician. It took him seconds to diagnose the problem I had with my thermostat not connecting to my hvac properly. He resolved it within minutes, ran additional tests to make sure it was fixed and that I didn’t have any other problems, and thoroughly explained all the issues and how to prevent it from happening again and what to do if it did happen again. Greg’s kind and relaxed attitude, ability to quickly diagnose and fix, and ability to explain in simple terms the entire situation made this a phenomenal experience. I will be using Whitney for all of my future hvac services.

James, our technician was a great guy, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We had a couple issues in the beginning call for an additional appointment but everything was taken care of expediently. Would recommend!
