If you’re looking for a pool company in the FishHawk, Lithia or Riverview area look no further as Puffin Pools/Joe the owner is the absolute best! When my husband and I were looking for new pools companies to service our pool (as our last reputable pool company almost turned our pool green/did not train their staff properly) something that stood out to me that Joe said, “I promise I will treat your pool as if it was my own”. Joe has stood by that promise for the past year. He goes over and beyond than just cleaning and doing chemicals for your pool. We just recently had a minor wiring issue and he asked if it was okay to take a look and was able to fix it! Another example is during the rain season, we were out of town and our pool was about to flow over and he asked if he could hook up our pool hose and drain the water into the street (which that takes a lot time to roll the pool hose to the street to drain the water, then roll back up the hose) which no other pool company would do either of those examples listed above/it would be an additional cost. Lastly, Joe is prompt, professional, and responds quickly to any questions/concerns you may have. His pricing speaks for his passion, extra attention to detail he gives every pool he services and worth every penny. Joe is very knowledgeable and meticulous when it comes to pool care. He is reliable and shows up each week to take care of our pool. We don't have to do anything, but swim and enjoy the pool! He maintains all the equipment, chemicals, cleaning...does it all! We would highly recommend Puffin Pool Care if you are looking for quality and reliability.
