WASTE OF TIME! Called before noon on Thursday and was informed an electrician would be calling me soon to get all the info. Electrician called Tuesday morning, collected all the info and stated would be out later to give estimate. No call, no show-- called left msg and still haven't heard back from them.

I didn’t know they were in another state. I was talking and talking about what I need and he said where they were and he was very nice. Same city but different state. Very sweet man

Company called me to do work on my property. After discussing the work the electrician ghosted me and never returned my communication. Glad I did not pay him for work because he is unprofessional.

I always get great service when I call these guys. They're willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that their customer is always satisfied. The prices are low enough that even the common working person can afford them.

Buyer beware & hold on to your wallet. I like Harold as a person...but his business practices leave a lot to be desired. Only hire this company if you like to beg and plead with the person that you are paying(and in this case ALOT) to come out and do work...then after several no call no shows have your job started then left for week(s) uncompleted then beg and plead more to come back to finish the job and have it not done 100% correct and be overcharged. Then have to call another company to come out to fix the problems left undone. Which turned out to be a good thing(see Townsend Electrical Contractors- Lake City, FL)

I would just like to say, Ace Electric has been a Blessing to us. We had an electric problem and called Mr.Sapp, he was very prompt about getting someone out here, he told us a time, and they were here. He sent a very pleasant man, by the name of Steve, he was very quick, and courteous, found the problem right away and took care of it.
Just want to say Thank you to Ace Electric and Steve for being a Blessing to our little community.

Helped myself and many others after the storms. He did the job promptly, and did it for a fair price. I would recommend him to ANYONE that has any kind of electrical issue.

He says he'll be on the job at a certain time, but is always a no show, no call, and will not even answer his phone. He just leaves you hanging. Poor business and very disrespectful of our time. If your looking for an Electrician. Then we would highly recommend for you to keep looking. Just saying
