My 2009 microwave malfunctioned on Sunday morning. Smoke was billowing out of the appliance and I wasn’t sure it could be saved. I phoned Reliable Appliance on Monday morning and a tech came to my house Monday afternoon. Brian was very professional, respectful and efficient. He diagnosed the problem (blown transformer), ordered the part and told me it would be fixed before the end of the week. I received an email shortly after my diagnostic visit, saying the part was available and my appliance could be fixed on Tuesday. Brian returned Tuesday as scheduled and promptly fixed my microwave. It’s working great.

We have used Reliable Appliance Repair of Longwood for many years. We have always had the best service with them. Our technician always seems to be the same young man who is very courteous professional and knowledgeable about his job. I would highly recommend this company if you have any repairs to be done they always arrive at the time they have advised, and have always been able to repair and give professional advice If Repair is worth it. Have never had a bad experience with this company They have always been very polite and professional, and always leave the area Cleaned up.

We called on Hartman's Appliance Repair Service to check our oven. Brian came to check it out and he was terrific. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He arrived exactly on the time he was scheduled and quickly went about checking to see if our oven was operating correctly. He used diagnostic equipment to check out the main circuit board and used a meter to check all the interior wiring. He tested the oven at various temperatures, to confirm that the oven was operating properly. He explained everything he was doing, and he answered all of our questions. We found Hartman's does in fact provide quick, reliable, honest, and superior appliance repair service. Thanks Brian, and thanks Hartman's.

The service man, Brian, arrived after advising us that he was coming. Luckily for us only the belt was bad. He had a Replacement belt on his truck and installed it on our Maytag dryer. I was surprised at how long it took to install the belt, but apparently he worked steadily at it. The price of around $250 just to replace one belt seems to me to be exorbitant. Next time we need service on our washer or dryer, I am highly inclined to try someone different simply because of the extremely high price to install a simple belt.
I gave a higher mark simply because it looked as though the service man did a good job. I cannot blame the service man for the very high price which The Company charged for a simple belt replacement.

I have had an occasion to use this business twice in about a year. They are courteous, knowledgeable, fast & I have not been disappointed. Brian is especially good at what he does & is a great guy. I would recommend him to anybody who needs repairs or service on their appliances. I appreciate good service.

I had an issue with my dryer no longer heating, and required fast repair. Alexis was very kind on the phone, and accommodating toward meeting my needs. Brian came out same day and fixed the problem quickly, and made sure I understood the issue, and what he was doing to address the concern. I really appreciated the rapid response, and my problem was resolved without issue.

I had occasion to call Reliable Appliance Repair/Hartmans Appliance Repair for an issue with my mothers fridge.I did request the tech Brian and as before he did not disappoint. He messaged his ETA and arrived early. Diagnosed the issue and was able to replace the needed part to get her ice maker working again. Reasonably priced all around and completely satisfied with the work. Highly recommended is still my opinion after being a repeat customer.

Called them up for a washer issue and was pleasantly surprised at the timeliness of their device appointment. So used to most places giving you a week or more lead time, it was good to have someone stop by the next day! Brian was the tech sent and he arrived early, was extremely professional and outgoing. He was patient in explaining the issues that may have caused problem and took his time in troubleshooting. If I should need their services again, I would request Brian to be the tech. I highly recommend Reliable appliance to friends and family, and anyone looking for a great company to assist you.
