Launce is reliable,honest and operates with integrity. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great company. Launce took the time to answer my questions I had, and provide me with all the options available from repair to replacement.

Great communication, work, and follows up with adjustments as they promise. We’re very thankful for them. Their honesty compared to other foundation companies could be the best quality they have.

Word to the wise, I requested an estimate for having my mobile home re-leveled and instead wound up needing more repairs upon Launce's departure from my residence when he hit my gate backing out. He didn't bother to stop and just said, "It's a truck" as he drove off. Someone who does not take accountability for their actions more than likely this will reflect in their workmanship as well.

Crawlspace saved our nearly 100 year old home! Decades of moisture brought rot and mold. Within a short period of time the foundation was rebuild, the crawl space encapsulated, humidifier and sump pump added. The crew worked tirelessly and was extremely competent. Pleasure to work with!

Everything about this job went smoothly and with incredible attention to detail.
I contacted Launce Levison and was told they were booking jobs for June. After a short conversation I explained to Launce I had a deadline of a couple of weeks. He then sent a crew to give me a quote with videos as to the work that would be done. He then worked me into his busy schedule. I appreciate the quick response to my needs. Everyone that worked on this project was professional and knowledgable about the work that was being done.

I rate Launce and his team 5 stars. Very professional and did an amazing job. He stands by his work. When his crew came down sick he and his foreman Riyah (sorry if I spelt it wrong lol) were the only 2 that worked on my floor. They did an amazing job and went over and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this company. We need more people in this world like Launce and his crew. Trustworthy people. I had a few people come out and give me quotes but Launce was straight forward and recorded everything. Never once try to take advantage or upsell anything. The work and professionalism is amazing.

I recently purchased a home from 1957 with a crawl space. I have a few soft, bouncy spots on the kitchen floor. Of course these made me quite anxious and all sorts of paranoia set in. I read lots of online reviews and gave Launce a call at CRAWLSPACE FLORIDA. He offered to come same day. He suited up, scoped my space through various entries and AirDropped me narrated videos I could see with my own eyes. He told me my foundation was fine and the problem was the material used for the subfloor when the previous owner remodeled. He told me I could address that if the bounce bothered me. If not I could live that way for a little bit. He did not accept any payment from me and did not even recommend any other people or services. Just guidance, like don’t plant shrubs in front of the vents. How unusual is it to find an honest person nowadays that doesn’t mind contributing time to your well being? About as rare as a one-eyed, two tailed, hairless cat.

Launce was fantastic! He came out and investigated what we thought was an issue with our crawl space. He videotaped what he saw, which turned out to be a plumbing leak, and never charged us anything. We even asked if there was any work we needed to do on any other part of the crawlspace, but he let us know that everything else in the crawlspace of our 70 year old house was perfect. We were able to use the video to get a plumber to fix the problem and for use with our insurance. Launce is friendly, honest, and trustworthy. We are passing his name on to all of our neighbors.
