My neighbour recommended this company for tile roof cleaning few years ago and I have been using them ever since. Always professional and courteous!

The customer service and attention to detail is awesome. Jeff (the owner) went above and beyond. Jeff fixed a couple of my broken tiles and pushed all the loose tiles back in place. His assistantBen) did a great job making sure none of the chemical got on any of the plants or grass. Thank you Danelle for making me feel comfortable with my choice of companies. You guys are awesome! I would highly recommend this company!

My first experience with a roof cleaner was not a good one. I had a tile roof which they broke tiles walking on, used a pressure washer and also did not cover my landscaping well enough to prevent plant damage.

Then I found the BEST....Tropical Roof and Exterior Cleaning Systems did an excellent job. They were on time, did a wonderful job WITHOUT a pressure washer and NO DAMAGE to my tile roof or to my landscaping. They took the time to make sure every crevice was clean as well as rinsing off everything so that my plants had no damage. Professional and courteous crew! They were affordable. Beware of companies who use pressure washers which can damage your roof! They are highly recommended!

Made our shingle roof new again! My wife and I have been remodeling a foreclosure home for months and it's amazing how much of a difference we saw when Jeff came and cleaned the roof for us. It was the single best exterior improvement that we did and what a great value it was! He was thorough, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. Great job~

It's hard finding good companies with the customers best interest in mind. If your looking for professional, affordable, quality work, then you found the right company with Tropical Roofing. I had my roof cleaned about a month ago and it looks great. They took care of my plants which was a big concern since I have a well manicured hedge under the roof line. Nativescapes has set the bar for quality and service. I didn’t even realize that I was settling for mediocrity until Jason and his crew started working on my yard. Jason to the rescue! We had to loose a very old, very large, but very sick oak tree recently. It was a sad loss and left a whole not only in our hearts, but our yard as well. A friend recommended us to Nativescapes and we could not be more thankful to them. Jason and his crew gave us a great deal on a new 15 foot oak tree. Prompt, professional and friendly service. They even repaired a broken irrigation sprinkler head at no charge! I highly recommend Nativescapes for any project you have. If I could leave zero stars I would… They are currently working on Mitchell hammock in Oviedo at the Bank of America, completely disregarding everyone by blowing all the debris into the middle of the road. God forbid someone drops their motorcycle because the amount of grass clippings left in the road. If you’re looking for a landscaping business to do a commercial property with quality control look elsewhere.

Jason and team did an outstanding job on our landscaping. Professional work, priced honestly and clearly. Cleaned up the job site and the driveway every day before they left. I would highly recommend them. Great communicator, honest and open business approach. Shows up when he says he is going too.
