Our pump went out. Called and got an estimate same day with a detailed explanation. They made it happen within days and now the pool is looking perfect.

The pool is always spotless — I’ve never had a single issue or complaint. The technician arrives like clockwork on the scheduled day every week, unless there’s heavy rain, in which case they come the next day. Very professional, reliable, and communicative service. Highly recommend!

My experience with Brinks Pool Service and Brandon Brink has been less than stellar. What could have been an easily remedied situation turned into a battle with his ego. Be warned, if you complain about something or question him at all, he will terminate your services.

He bragged multiple times about the “100 commercial pools” he services, so maybe residential pools are not his forte. It is clear in my emails with him that he is not a professional business man. He cannot handle customer frustration. From my experience, I would not recommend this company. There are numerous other respectable residential pool companies in Seminole County to choose from.

I highly recommend Brinks Pools for both cleaning and maintenance issues. We have an older pool and Brinks consistently keeps it very clean and always ready to be used.
We also had a recent maintenance issue concerning the care-taker which keeps our water circulating.. Brandon was great to work with as he was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Brinks Pools and Brandon for anyone wanting quality work and customer service for their pool. We plan to be Brinks customers for a very long time.

Exceptional Service When I Needed It Most! Over a holiday weekend, my pool pump decided to give out, and my usual technician wasn’t able to fix it. I was staring down the barrel of a green pool in peak summer — definitely not on the agenda! After finding Brinks, Brandon came out the very next day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and took the time to walk me through what went wrong and how to fix it. I truly appreciated his willingness to explain everything clearly, even offering helpful tips to keep my pool running optimally. He was honest, reliable, and incredibly reasonable with both his pricing and timing. Couldn’t ask for better service — highly recommend!

Brinks Pool Service is by far the best company I have used. The technician is extremely thorough as well as professional. The company takes pride in the work that they do They are never in a rush. My pets were let out multiple times and I had let 3 people know including the owner and the person at my house that they could not leave the screen doors open. I came home to find the door propped open all the way and the service guy had left already. I contacted the owner and received no apology or offer to make things right for the future. 0 effort or regard for customers and at the prices they charge its absurd that I can't trust them. 0 customer service skills stay away!

We are VERY happy with Brink's. They really take great care of our pool at a fair price. Worth every penny. There are some pool companies who send techs out who do the bare minimum and then leave within 5 or 10 minutes. But the tech from Brink's (I believe his name is Andy) takes his time and makes sure that our pool is clean, answers our questions when we have them, is very knowledgeable and experienced, and super friendly. Plus, our pool has never looked better. I would highly recommend Brink's if you're looking for a great company to handle all of your swimming pool needs. Thank you, guys!

Great customer service ! Pool motor died and other things during the “great freeze”. Brandon and his crew got the parts I needed fast and had great prices for servicing too. It’s always nice to deal with someone that does what they say and says what they do ! Happy customer and will use them again.

Living in Florida and owning pools for over 12 years, I can tell you I’ve seen it all when it comes to pool service companies. Unfortunately, most of my experiences in the past were terrible. I’ve had companies damage my pump, filter, skimmer, even pipes. Most were never on time, always a different technician and communication was often difficult. Because of all that, when I bought my new house, I decided I would take care of the pool myself.

However, my new pool came with a DIY filter setup that was crooked from the start. I needed a new valve and some pipe work done. I know my limits, and this was one of those jobs where I knew it would be smarter to hire a professional. Based on my past experiences, I honestly wasn’t very hopeful.

Then I noticed my neighbor’s weekly pool service. They always arrived within the same time frame, and it was always the same technician, clean uniform, professional appearance. That impressed me. So I decided to talk to him.

Adam from Brink’s Pool Service took the time to answer all my questions and even checked my system on the spot. I received a very fair estimate via email and decided to move forward.

On the scheduled day, Adam arrived with the new replacement part and explained every step while replacing the damaged components. During the repair, he discovered an internal issue in my older system that caused a leak. He didn’t have that specific part with him, but he immediately told me he would come back the next day. True to his word, he kept me updated via text about his arrival time.

The next day he replaced the missing part, installed new pipes, checked my chemicals, cleaned the pool, and even gave me valuable advice for long-term maintenance.

After years of frustration with pool companies, I can finally say my “curse” is broken.
