ROG Electric did a great job installing a ceiling fan in my new patio lanai and the price was great!! Also they were on time and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Really friendly technician, took care of all of my needs in a timely fashion. I'm glad I got my generator from them and that I get my check-ups before the season begins. Had to use it in the last storm and it made all our neighbors jealous!

Call a real electrician. These guys don't know the code and will fail inspection. I do not recommend.

never call them. asked them to replace a simple phone line and they want me (the customer) to locate the routing and make all connections..............

Installed a 20KW standby generator and automatic transfer switch quickly efficiently. Whole installation took less than a day at a price that was considerably lower than any other contractors.

Tracie set me up with an experienced electrician, Mr. Ed, to make corrections to a house I’m selling. Due to time constraints, it needed to be done as soon as possible and Tracie scheduled me right away. I really don’t know how to thank them. If you have a need for an electrician, do yourself a favor and call these guys.

Summary of two experiences my family has had with the company.
1. My brother had Chris some out to his house for work and was very happy with the service and product. He recommended the company to my parents.
2. My parents then called to have can lights installed in their living room. Gavin came out to install the product. He did a fine job with the lights going into a drywall ceiling but when my mother warned him that the other portion of the room was a plaster ceiling, problems arose. The plaster was mismanaged, the hole was too large and the light didn't fit correctly or point in the right direction. He said he needed another tool and would need to go to Home Depot. We had the correct tool at the house and offered for him to use it but he deferred. Gavin said he would make his tool work for the second light. That was not the case. The second light got screwed up as well. He recommended a colleague/friend of his that could fix the plaster. When we called the friend, he politely deferred and said he wasn't comfortable working with plaster and it would be 3-6 months before he could get out to help. We relayed this information to Gavin and he refuted it, saying the friend would still help. Anxious to close this chapter of malpractice and misinformation, my parents paid the cost to get Gavin out of the house before further damage was done and thanked the "plaster colleague" for their honesty. My dad patched up the plaster to the point where the lights are stable and functional but unfortunately they still do not look professionally finished. Very poor experience from start to finish for my parents.

Excellent service. Taylor came and took care of a short I had caused via drill in an electrical line. He was extremely professional. Communicated options and then got to work and did a great job. He saved the drywall so I could easily patch and even insisted in cleaning up.

Himes has done a fabulous job with taking care of our sports lighting and other electrical needs. Their crews are professional and courteous. We are in the process of a large sports lighting job and everything is going perfectly. I would recommend Himes electrical service to anybody!
