One of thier crew trespassed on my property letting himself into our back yard. Lying telling us in a foreign language that the owner told him to come inside to fix something. Called police.

They completely destroyed one of my solar lights this morning when they came and did the lawn at my apartment complex! Why would you destroy my outdoor decorations like that and not tell me? Oh I'm beyond furious at you all right now!

Worst service ever! Crew does service fast and just “ so-so” like they told me! I couldn’t believe it! I’m stuck with them for the HOA. Hope not to much long.... definetly not renewing!

Green Bandit Lawn Care has been our lawn service for approximately 22 years and has promptly responded if we had a problem in our yard. Professional and listens.

They have always done a wonderful job taking care of our various yard projects. Very fair pricing and always quick to give us a quote!

One of their drivers drove consistently 5 to 10 miles per hours under the speed limit for miles--from Dale Mabry to Bruice B Downs on County Line Road--during rush hour. So rude! I understand they have equipment in the back of their trailors, if they're driving rush hour they should at least go the speed limit.

Green Bandit has been the landscape company for my community for over a decade. The HOA is happy and so am I as the homeowner! Very kind and hard working employees. Quality work!

Allen, the owner, doesn’t teach his crew how to care for lawns. The things we told them to cut they would never cut week after week. The things we told them they were not allowed to touch they killed and mutilated with their tools. The worst is how Allen will lie right to your face saying he will replace the plants but it’s been several years and his crew just keeps killing all our plants while ignoring overgrown plants. Truly shame on me for ever believing Allen would honor me as a customer.

Worst experience; they ran over a 4-5 foot tree completely severing it from the roots and then they just leaned the severed top half of the tree on our fence so it appeared to still be growing from afar. What an awful feeling it is having to check the backyard every week for what was killed by Allen’s crew.

Upon initial services, there was a supervised crew that came out, they were quiet. They trimmed the trees, hand raked and swept everything - we never heard the blowers as we are civil engineer and work from home. We made a point to tell property management how clean, quiet and efficient this crew was. The second time they came out only 3 showed up with no English speakers. They ran the blowers the entire time they were here and blew sand on everything - I have pictures. Sand and gas fumes were blown into my front door, and the fumes could be smelled an hour after they were gone. My vintage H-D was covered down to the ground with my motorcycle cover. The workers still managed to blow sand and debris off of the grass, onto the pavement and up under the motorcycle cover and into my motorcycle oil reservoir. Their excuse was they didn't understand me and continued blowing. When I expresses my concerns Joanne's only reply was it wasn't their fault and they had to do their job.

Lawn companies are a dime a dozen and this one is no different. While the work is mediocre, it’s the personnel and driving that does it for me. Every morning they pull out of their business and their drivers almost hit someone or completely cut people off with their lawn trailers. They leave around 7:15am which is when the local elementary school parents are bringing their kids in and regularly they have people blasting their horns at the lawn people who pull out without any regard to who is coming. Multiple people I talk to all have had near misses with their lawn trucks and trailers and yet the business doesn’t make any changes to drivers regardless of the number of complaints.

They came out for our first maintenance and were here from 8:00-6:00 which we have NEVER experienced before. Our previous two companies were disasters and it will be several weeks before we are up to par but this company did a FANTASTIC job, worked all day in the heat, cleaned up and our property is 3000 times improved from what we were.

Tell your Drivers to make sure they don't drive "too" close to people who are walking in a plaza parking lot. The truck driver came uncomfortably close to me as I was walking in the parking lot on my way to Publix. 👀🧐

Very surprised at any negative reviews.... I'm one of the owners at Faircrest condominiums and they do an absolutely beautiful job here keeping the grounds in great shape.... Always polite and extremely hard workers!!!

They don't care about anyone's property. Every week for years they have come by and blown debris all over cars, with no intent to clean them up. Multiple calls to their office have resulted in no change. Zero pride business.

Almost caused a pile up of cars on the road for cutting everyone off at a busy intersection so they didn’t miss their turn
