Matt is very professional and brought down 2 large oak trees. My yard was cleared of all debris. This is the second time we have used Buccaneer Tree Service and we have been satisfied every single time. Last time he also took down 2 large oak trees close to our house. His prices are very reasonable and he did a fantastic job!

Buccaneer tree service, Matt the owner are a great company. Matt is dependable and he knows exactly what machinery to bring to get to the trees. We have a difficult set up with fences, septic tank and drain field in the way, but his team managed to fit all the necessary equipment without doing any damage to anything. The tree trimmer (surgeon) was very skilled and he carefully and meticulously removed all dead wood and skillfully removed life wood that needed to be trimmed. Matt and his team worked diligently until the job was done. The trees looked exactly the way we wanted them to look when he was done with the job. Very impressive! We highly recommend Buccaneer Tree Service!!

I will be short with my review of Matt and his team... they are wizards!! I had them cut down about 10 nuisance pine trees around my house and they were fast, precise, and so clever in how they handled things. On top of all of this, they were about half the cost of some other estimates that I got. If you need tree work done and done well at an affordable cost then you absolutely need to call Matt and get an estimate (at the very least).

The Buccaneer Tree Service crew did an amazing job at our house today. They took down two dead pine trees and an oak limb that needed to come out. Done in record time WITH attention to detail. They cleaned up better than any other tree service we’ve used, followed directions, and were extremely polite and respectful. We’ve already scheduled for a return trip for further work in December. Use this company for your tree service needs!! I met the owner, by chance, one day while I was at work. He gave me a free quote to remove a dead palm tree and trim several other trees. His price was extremely fair. He showed up on the day he told me he would. He completed the job, left my yard clean of all debris, and the job was done exactly how I wanted it.
I actually have him giving me a quote on more work and will not hesitate to recommend Buccaneer tree service to any of my friends and neighbors.

We've used this company twice and not been disappointed! The first time, they took down a very large pine tree which was dying due to be beatles. Recently they removed two smaller oak trees that had sprouted up, trimmed am overhanging branch of a large oak and revived dead wood from the summer storm. They took great care not to hit the banana trees which were near one of the oak trees and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!

We are very happy with the service they provided. On time, professional, reasonable price. They did exactly what we asked for and turned out beautifully. I was even particular about them not cutting down a couple squirrels' nests and he took his time and care to not disturb them. They came out within a week during their busy schedule as we were very worried about a dead tree falling down on our neighbor's house. We very much appreciated their flexibility. They had an amazing team that knew what they were doing to make the job go easier and faster. Total work time took about almost 5 hours to complete. We would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them as needed.

Unlike others here, I DO NOT recommend Buccaneer Tree Service. A couple of weeks back, I spoke with Matt Carta regarding removing a dead robellini palm from my mother's house and after initially speaking with Matt on a Friday, he assured me that he would follow up with me that Sunday to get me on his schedule for the following week. I ended up wasting an entire week waiting on Matt to formally put me on his schedule, every time we would communicate (mostly over text) it was just one excuse after another why they couldn't get out there that day and that he promises to get out there the next day just for another excuse and then he just stopped responding to my calls and texts, completely ghosted me without so much as an apology or reasoning. Like, if you didn't want the job, have some integrity and just communicate that. I tried working with you based other's review and you reaching out to my post expressing interest in tackling the job. It's just ridiculous so again, I do not recommend Matt or his company.

Matt and the Buccaneer Tree Service crew provided us with the best service. They were prompt, professional and offered very fair pricing. We had four trees removed and one trimmed at our home. Some of the trees were in difficult locations (in rear yard and along fence at property line). Matt brought in the crane crew and they made short work of the trees with very careful and precise trimming and lifting of each part of the tree. Stump grinding made sure that the ground left behind was suitable for a garden or lawn. The attention to detail and safety were second to none. We will definitely be recommending Buccaneer Tree Service to our friends (and already have). Thanks so much!
