Reviews of local pros in Lutz, Florida

Richard came over today and cleaned my couch after 2 big dogs sit on it all day and words can’t describe how happy i am with his work ! He is an amazing man and the best at what he does! Please dont hesitate to call him! Number 691 for him always!

I scheduled a deep cleaning service for a property and was originally quoted a price. It took about a week for them to be available, and I waited patiently.

When the day of the service arrived, the cleaner asked for additional money due to the condition of the property. To give some context, they initially quoted 5 hours, which already felt like a lot for a standard deep cleaning of a 3 bed, 2 bath house. They then asked for several additional hours, which I was willing to consider, even though it seemed excessive for the size of the home and the level of cleaning needed, as shown in the attached pictures.

All I asked was to understand what the total price would be before starting the job, which I think is a pretty reasonable and standard request. Instead of clarifying the price, the cleaner decided to leave and not complete the job.

They seemed like nice people, but I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for someone reliable who will follow through. The price changed last minute, and when asked for clarity, they chose to walk away from the job.

These guys do great work! They cleaned my driveway and sidewalk. Will use them again!!!!

Fantastic job as always. My go-to company for pressure washing etc. They got some tough stains out of some fencing and a driveway without damaging anything. Highly recommend!

Summit is the standard of excellence both for product and professionalism. Mr Moody demonstrated high caliber character throughout the time he was cleaning my property, which has never looked better. You wouldn’t want anyone else.

Josiah did an excellent job on a soft wash for our metal roof. Showed up on time, had nice equipment, and just a nice young man. I will use him again, when needed.

Josiah is professional, timely, and thorough! He hit all the marks in cleaning the outside of the house. Even took the screens out and cleaned all the windows!! 100% recommend!!

Josiah was great! Friendly and prompt reply as well as prompt service! I had him take care of my gutters and what a wonderful job he did not to mention fair price. I learned he also does a lot of other things for the house that I will be doing in the future! He has many other services such as pool care and screen cleaning, driveways, walkways, house washes, roof washes, fences, pavers! Window cleaning is next for me! Thanks again Josiah!

Summit Pressure Wash did a fantastic job on my house!! Quick, efficient, economical, and friendly service!

Our house was in great need of pressure washing and we didn't realize how bad the roof actually looked. The contrast shows in the pictures and Josiah Moody did a complete job and worked thoroughly to make sure everything was back in place and in good shape. He also power washed the house, the porch and the screens to complete the new look. Also, my sister-in-law's home was also completely done and he did a stellar job there as well! Highly recommend this ambitious business owner.

We had a terrific experience with Summit Pressure Wash. Great price and excellent results. Josiah was also a real pleasure to talk to and very professional. Highly recommended!

Josiah has completed many home projects for us the most recent was pressure washing our patio, driveway, and front porch. He made our terribly green-white privacy fence sparkle. An extra effort on his part was to also pressure wash our 22-year-old plank privacy fence. We were amazed at how “almost new” they looked.

Josiah is a hard worker, dependable, polite, and fair he will quote an estimate and you will be pleased with the after results of his work and ethic.

We highly recommend this small business.
