All techs from FL-Air have been great but Austin takes the cake. He was so knowledgeable, funny and polite. He took his time explaining our AC issue and telling us about our options and his recommendations. I think the job was bigger than he expected but he stuck it out til it was done, cleaned up and took great care of us.

Our air-conditioning went down. Brandon was there within 3hrs and the system was up and running again within an hour. Absolutely amazing service and professionalism. Not had service like this ever before.

Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism from this company and the technician I worked with, Brandt. They came out within a few hours of my call to give a second opinion/quote on a part a different company claimed I needed. Brandt did a thorough evaluation and instead of trying to sell me an unnecessary part/service like the other company, was honest and said that my system is running well and nothing is needed. Speaking from experience with multiple other companies, honestly like this is much harder to come by than it should be. I will be going with FL-Air Heating & Cooling from here on out and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy company that will not try to take advantage of you.

I’ve been using FL-Air for the last 3-4 years and have been very happy with their service. What I most appreciate is that they do not try to upsell you every time they do maintenance unlike other companies I have used. I’m on their maintenance program and they always remind me when maintenance is due.

One of the best, if not the best, heating and cooling companies in the Tampa region. They are very prompt, always friendly, provide great service and are reasonably priced. I have three HVAC units and FL-Air has serviced them for two years while replacing one. Every staff member I have interacted with whether it be by phone, e-mail or in-person service technicians has been fantastic. If you need service, replacement or just preventative maintenance, call them. You will be pleased and perhaps even pleasantly surprised at the great experience you will have with FL-Air, maintaining your A/C in the Florida heat and humidity.

Just had new HVAC unit installed. Everything was great, from Steve doing the scheduling to Brandt and Gage doing the install. Thorough, professional, and high quality. This is a great company.

Brandt was such a sweet young man. Super friendly, and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary, wasn’t pushy, took his time, arrived early, and explained what was recommended for a repair. We opted to just replace, and he explained all of our options with systems. I like that this company had multiple options with makes and models, and they’re able to replace duct work as well. Hang on to Brandt, he truly has integrity.

These people really know their stuff and care about doing a good job. My problem was complex as my copper lines routed thru walls failed and had to be rerouted. The owner actually came out to see that it was done right.

Excellent service. Found the problem with our AC unit quickly, had the needed part in hand, did the repair and we were back in business in no time.

We had Brandt service our units. The standard maintenance was far more thorough than I expected and he was transparent with what he did and found (with pictures if his work). We also had an issue with a unit not working that he was able to quickly diagnose and fix.

The guys did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and took them a couple of hours to replace our 2.5 ton unit.
