Our well pump failed on a Saturday night and Bud from Drains Plus was able to be at our property on a Sunday afternoon. He didn’t take advantage of our situation and he didn’t overcharge us because it was a weekend.

Bud at Drains Plus of Jacksonville is the first plumber we call for whatever plumbing need might come up. We have already called him on at least 5 occasions, for everything from clogged sewer pipes to toilet and sink installation, and we will call on him again. Called this company on Saturday and explained that I wanted to replace a 20 year old water heater, which by the way was WAY past its prime and a bunch of years too old. Was told they would be out on Monday or Tuesday. Early Monday morning was notified by them they were on the way to my residence.

An EXCELLANT job of removing and taking old tank away. Replaced with a new water heater. Cleaned up after theselves, even placed plastic on my porch so as not to stain indoor outdoor carpet. Happy wife, happy life.

Contacted Bud again for a drain from my open air carport to my pond. They came out and in three days had a drain which is working fine. Another FINE job they provided. Highly recommend them for your water needs.

Awesome people. Called at midnight for a leaking pipe in my well house. Was leaving town for a week and didn’t want to leave the family home with an issue. He came out and got me all fixed up and never one time did I feel like I was inconveniencing him. Number saved in my phone and will be calling for any future issues or upgrads

I called after 3 on a Friday afternoon
December 16, 2022. Dave & Bud were amazing. They said they were on their way home from a job but would come right out (Who does that, no less on a Friday late?). We had found a leak under our bathroom sink.

With previous RV experience they knew what to do. I even told Dave on the phone if you are going to come out thinking it will be just tightening connections; that’s not it. He professionally responded “Ma’am, if we come out, we are going to fix the issue”. FIX THEY DID - Diagnostics, Supplies, Success! This was right before the 6-night hard freeze in north Duval county.

We live in Glen St Mary- Baker county and called David after having a series of bad events and everyone that came to work on our well made it worse and left us without water. We ended up needing a new well. David and Bud came out the same day and made it so we’d have water until the new well could be drilled. They got me in contact with a well drilled and had them out to start drilling within a week. (Most well drillers are 4-6mths wait, so getting them here quickly was HUGE) They checked on us through out the process and came out and hooked the new well up and put on the filter systems that we needed to have good, clean water!! I highly recommend calling them for any water/plumbing needs. Anywhere from Jacksonville to Gainesville, they will come!!
