Avoid these guys unless you like your money and time wasted! They will seem like honest people 'at first' but you will quickly realize honesty is not there friend and it will not end well. Save yourself the headache and go with one of the many other architects that are available.

Very disappointed with the process of construction, very unprofessional treatment of client, bad communication. Company doesn't have their own employees, everything done by very unexperience sub-contracts. Now when construction is over and they are paid, they don't respond to ongoing issues... we are having huge issues with Roof, air conditioning, paint, landscaping. I will not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Birchmier built out a large facility for us in Orlando and did an excellent job. From the beginning they were professional, quick to respond and willing to work with us. No one likes change orders but they kept them to a minimum and tried to come up with creative solutions to get around some of our costly problems. Everyone on the ream was friendly and kept the site clean and secure. The biggest thing for me was once the job was completed if we had any little issues or want to change something they were there to fix it quickly and with no questions asked. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.
