A hero once more! My A/C went down out of nowhere on Saturday morning right before Easter, So I quickly called Jerry and to my surprise he made an appointment for the same day! He managed to pinpoint the issue quickly and placed in the order for the motor. Come Monday, he drove over first thing and got it all sorted out!! He replaced the Motor and even cleaned the fan, which was pretty clogged. In my honest opinion you can't go wrong with Jerry, he is honest, quick, dependable and more importantly won't overcharge you! The best A/C repairman in Florida! 10/10 service!!

He responded to my text and voicemail and showed up at the house same day, fixed the issue for a reasonable price - will definitely be my AC guy in the city going forward.

I got an AC guy who told me the AC is leaking but can’t find where it is and recommended me an isolation test which is like another 500 dollars. I did some research and found Jerry’s name on Reddit. I gave him a call for a second opinion. Glad I did. There is no leak. It’s the valve that is broken. Changed the valve and everything is great again. Will recommend Jerry to my friends and use air kool from now on.

Whatever you need hire Jerry no questions asked, it will be the best decision you could make, he will help you and wont price gouge you. I had been troubleshooting the A/C, even changed the capacitor and for the life of me I couldn't find out what was wrong. Thankfully I stumbled on a Reddit post that was singing Jerry's praises and with good reason! Jerry is THE MAN! I read some amazing reviews about Air Kool online and after getting quoted $1200 to fix my ac by one of the big companies I started looking at small businesses and I'm glad I did. Jerry came out and fixed up everything and and even things I didn't know needed fixing on my unit. And did it without making me cringe at the invoice. He was DILIGENT and sent photos of important parts, labeled things and even walked me through how to do some basic maintenance. The man is passionate about his work and it really shows. The absolute best for HVAC in Orlando! I called Jerry for a second opinion after Pro Tech said I needed a new system (current is only 6 years old). Fixed the issue for a great price and was super easy to work with! Please stop using the large name brand companies, they will rip you off.

Jerry was great to communicate and work with, coming to check the problem and fix it the very next morning! Solid service! Took a chance and called Jerry after a friend of mine said he was his "go-to" guy for his A/C needs. I called Jerry in the morning, was at my house shortly after. He fixed the compressor and I was still able to make it to my Dr. appt.
I can tell Jerry has a lot of experience... clearly explained everything, and made sure I understood the issue. He was patient and let me ask all the questioned I had. Firstly , just to give a little background , my AC unit was fully replaced in 2019 along with new pipes . Recently , i began to experience symptoms of a refrigerant leak . As many of others , i went on reddit and found Jerry’s information with glowing reviews . So i reached out to him and informed him of my issue . He was very polite over the phone and assured me that he would be able to come take a look at it as soon as he got done with his current job which i was super appreciative of as it was 115 degrees outside . When he got to my house , he began to do his own diagnostic work to figure out the issue . He then brought out his refrigerant detection meter and began testing for leaks . For some reason , as he’s checking , he boastfully tells me that the meter cost him $1000 and how much time and money it has saved him … those meters cost anywhere from $150-350 . So i didn’t really appreciate being lied to like that . He then proceeds to tell me that he isn’t able to find exactly where the leak is and that since my pipes are old they would probably have to repipe both lines at an estimate of about $2500 . He then proceeded to charge me $285 for coming over to wave his meter around . Again , Jerry was a nice guy but i don’t appreciate the fact that he made his own assumption about my pipes being old and for quoting me as high as $2500 . Also , to charge me $285 and not even put back all the screws or fill the hole back that he dug up is kind of shameful . He saw how miserable i was in my 90 degree house , he could have at the least been more sympathetic to my situation but he was not . Unfortunately , i would not recommend this business .

First and foremost thank you Jerry for your honesty and integrity.
After being denied by choice home warranty, we were in a bind. Two different technicians came out and both claims/quotes were denied. They used excuses like maintenance wasn’t done and other lies. We had used Jerry in the past and called him. He figured out in 5 minutes that the thermostat was connected incorrectly and when heat was turned on, it wasn’t connected to the AC unit/ heat component. He remedied the issue quickly and our heater works perfectly. It’s a real disservice to society when all these people you call for service are looking to steal your hard earned money by fraudulent means.
Jerry falls in a category of trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend him above anyone else. 10/10 I recommend! Bless You Jerry and staff! You saved me from this cold snap tonight. My home was so cold, it went down to 65 and oh, boy. I never want to go through that again. Space heaters are so dangerous and start fires if not used properly, that was my fear. Thank Goodness for Jerry !! Photos below to show exactly what he saved my family from tonight. Freezing temperatures and he was very concerned to come do a service call on a Sunday! We will always only call on you again.
