The system looses efficiency . My system lost 2000 kWh/year since I had it installed and there is no reason for it other than the poor productivity of the Solar Power system.

Didn't have them install solar but after their horrible interview where they flat out lied to me I'm glad. Hope they treat others with more respect

They don’t follow up. I scheduled an appointment and it cancelled. Then the guy said he was gonna be late the second time and I cancelled the appt because I don’t run on their time. Went with a different company. Still upset with how it was handled cause the guys keep calling me

Installation was in 2019. Company had very limited experience with tile roofs and left gaps in roof that had to be repaired. They did reluctantly cover the cost of this. Had financial mishaps due to their mistakes.

Terrible customer service! I’ve been waiting months to have them schedule a time to come out and fix our solar. Sun power sent the equipment to them and I’ve been getting nothing but the run around. My equipment is just sitting there waiting to be installed. I definitely recommend you find another company if you actually want something done!

My first appointment of 10/02 had been rescheduled because of a double booking and was rescheduled the following day at 9:30 AM. On Thursday, October 1, I was asked to email my electric bills to that person, which I did. Today, the day I was supposed to have the meeting, nothing at 9:30, so I texted him and asked for the Zoom meeting code. No response. I texted again and asked if we were still having the meeting, no response. I sent 2 "??", no response. I called the main office and told them this was very unprofessional. Them all of a sudden I receive a text message that the meeting was scrubbed for a family matter. I support family matters but the right thing would have been to inform the customer before the scheduled meeting and not 1 hour later. The person on the phone said she was going to escalade this and get back to me. It's almost a couple of hours. I still haven't heard anything. And I can tell that I am not the first person to comment on this. I really don't know what to think.

I did a lot of research on installing a solar system to my home. This is my first home so I take a lot of pride in it and did a lot of research before moving forward with this company. Unfortunately my experience seems to be the total opposite of most others. The first issue was with permits, I was told 4 weeks for permits to be back and pick an install date. Week 3 o reach out to the team and only then do they inform me that my permits weren’t sent out due to “unforeseen” circumstances.I wait a few more weeks and they finally come in and I’m given an install date in told I have to be home so I request the day off and I’m told that the install would only take a day. The night before my install one of the technicians fell off a roof so they were issued “safety down status” meaning they pushed my install back further. Which meant I have to request another day off and lose more money and PTO. The day of install I realized there are two different styles of panels because I happened to check the sun power Instagram. I’m notified there will be a 3,000 up charge despite there being no indication on their website that the all black panels are more expensive. Due to this change in price I’m told to sign a new contract on DocuSign which to date doesn’t work. At the end of install day #1 (keep in mind this was w one day install) I’m told they will finish tomorrow. Day #2 they still aren’t finished day#3 they finish and the panders are crooked and not matching the diagram that I was sent. Day#4 they fix the panels and thus add more holes to my roof potentially compromising it. And currently I am still in the installation process awaiting all the above concerns to be addressed and to be told when the solar panels will be inspected by the county so they can actually be turned on and produce power for the house. If you’ve managed to stick out this entire story do yourself a favor and RUN do not waste hard earned money and time with this company.
