I hired them two days ago. They sent me a confirmation text. The appointment was at 11 today. At 11:30 I called the office and left a message asking them for a revised arrival time. It’s now 1:20. I called and left a message telling them not to bother coming. I never heard back from the technician or the office. I can’t imagine doing business with these people. Never ever.

Two homes needing electrical work done - Estimates and communication was excellent. All work was done as promised and professionally. As a realtor who looks for dependable and reliable electricians for both buyers and sellers and also have had electrical done work in my own home - I highly recommend Lighthouse Electric.

I hired this company to completely rewrite the house. New panel, circuits and fixtures. I bought the ceiling lights that Billy recommended but they installed the wrong dimmer switches. The ceiling lights wouldn’t fully turn off even when the switch was in the off position. When I brought this to the owners (Billy) attention, he stopped communicating with me. I tried several times to get the problem corrected but he just blew me off. I paid over $10,000 for electrical service and had to hire another company to get the correct switches and install them.

My advice is to NOT hire this slob.

I highly recommend this company. Their customer service was perfect, their work was timely and quality and communication was great as well. We added landscape lighting to the front and back yard and installed two pendant lights over the kitchen bar with a switch. Shout out to Bob Lindsey, he’s a gem!!!

I have used Lighthouse Electric now for three separate jobs over the past 2 years. Bob, Jon and crew are skilled, thorough, respectful, prompt, and clean up perfectly each time. Further, their prices are reasonable. Communication is great also. I had a couple times where my schedule changed or I needed an adjustment to the job, and they adjusted to my specs immediately with no problem.

I recommend them without reservation. Great customer service, especially in this competitive business
