I highly recommend this place. First i arrived as he was closing but a Mr. Magno, told me to park & come on in. He didn't rush me & answered all my questions, the place was friendly all appliances i looked at were clean & he reassured me if any problems my washer will be covered. I'll see how smooth the delivery will go on Monday but the washer & delivery charge was very affordable & it included hook up and disposal of the old! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED before paying a fortune for new appliances!

We purchased a washer from magnum appliance. Delivery was on time. Washer had a draining problem. Customer service was contacted. Repairs were made the next day. Washer runs great. We couldn’t be happier.

Exemplary service and experience. When the fridge that came with our house died, they sent a technician who told us it was a lost cause for no charge. So we decided to see what they had on hand. My wife was able to do all the shopping over the phone. They even took measurements and sent extra pictures beyond what we saw on the website between our 2 choices. They delivered and took our old one, all for $450 for a double sided fridge of the same size as our original (about $2k new, my research showed).

6 months later, we notice the fridge side is not cooling well. We also notice we are just past the 6 month warranty, literally a day. But we call anyways. They send out a technician, no charge. He identifies the problem and orders the parts. He comes back 3 days later and everything is fixed. No charge for the parts or for the repairs.

I absolutely plan on using them for all my appliance needs from here on out.

Excellent service! Punctual, reliable. They came out to repair my freezer. I paid $79.00. They cleaned it, repaired the water hose, and installed a new motor (which cost me $70.00). All three trips were covered under the original $79.00 and the freezer works perfectly.

The nice technician was able to repair the unit in one visit as he had the correct replacement part (freezer fan) in his vehicle. He was also very thorough as he made sure to remove the residual ice that was built up inside. Thank you for excellent service!

Great selection of used appliances, six months warranty. Great prices too. You can't go wrong in that. I've actually bought a few items from Magnum appliances and will continue to do so. The store is clean, the customer service representatives are very nice as well.

Magnum used appliances are a great value. They deliver quickly and their service people are excellent. We've used them multiple times for our second garage refrigerators and I can tell you their stuff runs better and outlasts any new appliances you can buy today.

The customer service rep. was very pleasant and helpful and scheduled my appointment in a timely manner. They arrived on time and adhered to Covid 19 protocol. The technician assessed the problem, explained what was wrong and I gave him the "green light" to order the part. The company scheduled a new appointment for the installation and now my washing machine is good as new. Over the years, I have used their service and the experience has been nothing but great. I highly recommend them.

After searching for a quality company for appliance repairs my wife came across this wonderful place and we are pleased to say they have gained a loyal customer. They came out and repaired our washing machine very quickly and the price was little to nothing. Amazing service and I wish I could give you guys a 10 star rating. Thank you for your experience of a knowledgeable and timely manner technician.

Suspension rods on the washing machine busted, and I called Magnum because they had great reviews. So glad I did! They had a repair guy out promptly; he confirmed it was the suspension rods, which had to be ordered. They came in quickly, and he installed them the next day. The washing machine, which is at least a decade old, now runs like a champ! And such a savings compared to buying a new washer. Will definitely be calling Magnum again, thank you!

My fridge seized functioning last night. I called this morning at 9am and a repair person was at my door before 10am. He was able to repair it in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly service, quick and reasonable. I'd give them more than 5 stars.

Landlady requested visit for my fridge. I was busy at work, they left me each day one pleasant voicemail to schedule time with me. I called finally on Friday back and they were so lovely, they would be able to send me someone right away same day! I asked for coming Monday for my day off. They called me the day after - Saturday to confirm time for Monday 2pm-5pm window. Gentleman came 4:30pm, was highly professional, wise and investigated properly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I had a problem with loud screaming noises for 6 months although it works, I got woken up numerous times at night due that. He confirmed it was compressor and it is old fridge, replacement of it will not be worth it and said for sure new fridge is the best option. He was beyond and above, so wonderful, he also speaks Spanish. Customer service excellence plus knowledge, this is the company you want to give a call. I would rate 6 starts if there was an option. Thank you.

I bought 9 or 10 yrs ago and just went and bought both again! I am so happy with them they greet you at door with a smile showed where item wanted and ended up with both a washer and dryer ( which needed). I am a DAV and recieved a discount! This is the place to go people and it will be delivered with a small fee. I am truely happy with them!!! Thank you Magnum you made my day!!!

Always responsive and attentive! I’ve used Magnum multiple times in various cities and they’ve always done a great job as a reasonable price . Appliances sold have also worked for years with no issues. Recommend!

We were able to get a great working stove and dishwasher on the spot, delivered next day and haul away the old ones.

Compliments for Magnum Appliances and their service repairman Neville! I've used Magnum Appliances a few times for my side by side refrigerator freezer. This time I thought it was finally time to replace it and fork out the $1,000+ for a new refrigerator. After reading all the bad reviews for new refrigerators I decided I will give it a shot to see if my refrigerator can be fixed. I contacted Magnum and their repairman Neville came out on a Saturday. He solved the problem, a clogged drain line. That solved all the problems I had. Only cost was the service call. Money well spent! Thank you Magnum & Neville for getting my refrigerator freezer working again and saving me more than a thousand dollars!
