I highly recommend this place. First i arrived as he was closing but a Mr. Magno, told me to park & come on in. He didn't rush me & answered all my questions, the place was friendly all appliances i looked at were clean & he reassured me if any problems my washer will be covered. I'll see how smooth the delivery will go on Monday but the washer & delivery charge was very affordable & it included hook up and disposal of the old! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED before paying a fortune for new appliances!
We purchased a washer from magnum appliance. Delivery was on time. Washer had a draining problem. Customer service was contacted. Repairs were made the next day. Washer runs great. We couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend!!
these people are by far the worst people I've ever had to deal with... my washing machine broke 2 months ago I bought a washer from them they delivered and installed a broken washer I called them and with horrible customer service 2 weeks later another washing machine came and guess what that one was broken too. Every technician I've dealt with or customer service receptionist has been super ignorant rude and couldn't care less..(SUE is one of thoes people) this place is an absolute joke and I feel bad for whatever poor soul uses their services. It's almost like they go out of their way to be this incompetent. Horrible
I contemplated whether or not I would say something but as I've read through the other various reviews, some of which I see were from 4 and 5 yrs ago reporting the same issue as me, I feel it necessary to warn potential customers. I'm a condo renter so while I've never had to spend money with Magnum I still am upset about the continued problem I'm having with them delivering used appliances with roaches! This is I believe my 2nd replacement of the stove/oven where dead and live roaches were found in the bottom drawer underneath the oven as well as seeing small live roaches coming out of the crevices of the backside of the stove. What disturbs me even more is that this apparently has been going on for years with their appliances because like I said earlier some of the prior reviews were from years ago which only leaves me to believe they obviously don't care about the problem they are creating in people's homes. Because of this I've had to fumigate my place and guess what, I still continue to see tiny roaches from time to time coming from out of the back of the stove.Your company needs to do better because this is absolutely unacceptable.
On vacation and waiting for this company the third time to fix the refrigerator they came to fix 2 other times. We had to throw our groceries out because it was not fixed properly. Not a care we had to throw out bad food. They wanted to reschedule because it was raining and they did not want to get wet coming from their van into the condo. Had to bring them an umbrella so they wouldn't leave the scheduled appointment. They are now reordering the same gasket they replaced. So minimum of 4 visits to fix this. Requested new tech to fix and they sent the same one who came without material to fix it again. Family member owns the condo and was trying to resolve while visiting. Unacceptable Service!!!!! Unacceptable to want to reschedule because of rain, Unacceptable to come to repair without materials or tools, Unacceptable attitude to cost for wasted food lost because they poorly serviced.
Exemplary service and experience. When the fridge that came with our house died, they sent a technician who told us it was a lost cause for no charge. So we decided to see what they had on hand. My wife was able to do all the shopping over the phone. They even took measurements and sent extra pictures beyond what we saw on the website between our 2 choices. They delivered and took our old one, all for $450 for a double sided fridge of the same size as our original (about $2k new, my research showed). 6 months later, we notice the fridge side is not cooling well. We also notice we are just past the 6 month warranty, literally a day. But we call anyways. They send out a technician, no charge. He identifies the problem and orders the parts. He comes back 3 days later and everything is fixed. No charge for the parts or for the repairs. I absolutely plan on using them for all my appliance needs from here on out.
