I understand it's not the fault of the company the expense of a new part vs. a new unit but I'd appreciate transparency over the phone when the cost over replacing a part is equivalent to a new oven. Saves me the service cost.

We had a significant water leak that turned out to be our water line to our fridge. We called and they gave us the base price for diagnostics and then the chance for parts which was reasonable especially on the weekend! Sam came out and repaired it within an hour of our call. Unfortunately when we had the water damage people come out they severed the line again. Sam had Ibrahim come out and again fixed numerous leaks. They were so kind and did not take advantage of us! We will use them again in the future!
