Constraction reviews in Margate, Florida

Great company! Affordable as always and the work was incredible. They did work for my business and home and both jobs were amazing.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Not only did they deliver on everything they promised, they went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed they way they promised when I hired them . I received daily updates and always knew what to was going on. They even fixed things that other contractors damaged along the way. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.

Very professional service and great followup. I would recommend to anyone looking to renew and improve their landscape. The job I requested included pavers, pool work, tree relocating and planting, as well as paver and stone design.

Marc and his team show up on time and get the jobs done. I built my house over 17 years ago, so there was a lot of work to do. H2eco was able to do it all. They started out with the pool/spa facelift that included an incredible PebbleTec finish - A+. We added 500 sf of pavers that had a slant issue - no problem - A+. The old pavers got pressure cleaned and sealed - A+. Over 400 linear ft. of plastic landscape border was installed and flower beds were created, adding 250 bags of pine bark mulch. Borders were also added around all the trees. 1 1/2 pallets of sod were laid where I had some tree stumps that were removed - A+. I needed to get some bougainvillea and heliconia relocated - survival rate 100% - A+. The lighting in the backyard was totally replaced and additional lights were added around some palm trees and the rainbow eucalyptus. The lighting in the front yard was rewired and new lightbulbs installed - now they all work perfect - A+. All of the sprinkler heads were replaced and a new Rainbird system was installed with an iphone app - A+. Everything I asked H2eco to help me with, they could only say "yes". The next project is the BBQ grill and I will call Marc because he and his wife and his team are 5 Star with an A+ on every project they took on. My wife chose this company, and I must say, she has chosen wisely! Kent J.

over the past few months H2eco has done amazing work doing all my front and side landscaping to my new driveway. Everything looks amazing! His team is always on time and he's got the best follow up compared to other contractors I've dealt with. Great service!

H2eco did a great job on our fence demo and instillation of a new vinyl one. The crew showed up when they promised and finished in a day and a half. Mark had no problem changing the scope and written quote several times as I changed my mind. I'll use them again as other projects take shape.

H2eco Inc just finished laying some beautiful pavers/tile in our patio enclosure and designed an awesome landscape for the back yard with some touch ups of excellence with painting and woodwork for our storage! I highly recommend them with their awesome crew to get the job done with a perfectionists touch! The lighting he put together on the timer at night for the trees and plants is amazing as well!

Marc and his crew were easy to work with. I was super fussy how I wanted the design and execution of the pool and hardscaping to be. They worked out all the nuances I wanted. The result is a beautiful 1st rate back yard!

Like most people i was skeptical about hiring a company to redo my pool, after all i have friends who've shared horror stories about their experiences. After hiring H2Eco, i now know i was truly lucky, Not only did my pool turn out better than i anticipated, but they were on time and ahead of schedule. I cannot say enough about how happy we are that we used Marc and Lane. I highly recommend their services.

I had heard good things about Mark and H2ECO from my next door neighbor about the rehab of his pool and deck. Ours was also in need of rehab. I am a General Contractor in the Chgo area and was skeptical about having work done while I was up North for the summer. Mark sent pictures and updates on a consistent basis whic really eased my anxiety. Mark completed the work in time for us to start the new season. He came in at the agreed upon price and the quality was as I would have expected. Dealing with Mark and H2ECO was a very satisfying experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Marc and his team from start to finish. I had 4 landscape companies provide bids for our project (significant landscaping of our front and back yards, plus lighting and some repaving and configuration changes to our driveway pavers). Marc was by far the most professional, thorough, and timely. I also liked the fact that his company could provide ALL of the services, landscape AND hardscape work. He had some great ideas on things we hadn't considered and this bid was very competitive. The project installation went very smooth, he finished on time and on budget, and the finished product was exceptional! His communication and timeliness were great and we really had no issues whatsoever in those areas. He's also been great about following up with small changes we wanted to make to some of the areas. They are also doing our regular maintenance and have been great with that so far also.
Overall, I would highly recommend H2eco for any size landscape/hardscape project. We've done a number of landscape projects over the years and this was by far the best experience we've had.

Excellent work!!!could not be happier with my back yard, dog run and front yard. On time, under budget and top notch work.

I have used H2eco for various projects during the remodel of my home. The accomplished their projects on time, on budget and in a clean and professional way. Marc, owner is very personable, is helpful to get to your desired goal and his crew of workers and supervisor are excellent. Do not hesitate to contact this company for positive results.

UPDATE-3/22/2022
We just today had an issue with one of the laminar jets installed 15 months ago. I needed some documentation to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer. Marc, the owner, had that information to me within an hour. That’s customer service! Highly recommend this company.

We were introduced to Mark, the owner of H2eco Inc., by our pool company. From the initial consultation through the final completion of our project Mark was there everyday providing us with unparalleled advice on our swimming pool project. Everyone from this company that came to our home was nothing but polite, neat, and knowledgeable. We are considering adding an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area to another part of our yard and I would not hesitate having this crew back.

Marc, Alyssa, and Lane were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They completely transformed our outdated pool and backyard into a beautiful and modern tropical oasis that our family and friends can now enjoy. The company has a great work ethic with a big crew that worked each and every day until the project was complete. We could not be happier with the final result and we highly recommend H2eco for any outdoor remodeling projects.

H2eco just completed a job at my home, installing new travertine pavers, as well new pool coating, tile, and lighting. The owner, Marc, was really great from start to finish. He took the time to come out on a Sunday for the initial consultation, arriving with plenty of samples that made the material selection easy. He quoted the job same day, and his price was competitive with other quotes I received. I booked H2eco for the job and they were able to start the following week. I was pleasantly surprised during the process. Living in South Florida, you come to expect contractors not showing up when they say they will, and being difficult to work with. Marc was honest and dependable throughout the project. He stayed in constant communication, sending pictures of the progress, and reviewing any questions/issues that came up. His crew was on time and respectful of my property. The finished job turned out beautifully, completely transforming my backyard. I intend on using H2eco for some other hardscape and landscape jobs in the future and definitely recommend their services to others.

Marc and his team did a fantastic job tearing down and removing the old fences at our house and then installing a new fence on our property down both boundary lines to our sea wall. They even managed to get it done with no damage to all our our (and more importantly our neighbor's) vegetation. Our neighbor was impressed enough to immediately hire him to finish the new fence return on his property. We felt his pricing was fair for the quality of the work and the responsiveness of his customer service.

H2eco complete my pool renovation 2 weeks ago and we are very satisfied. We had our concrete pool deck overlaid with travertine as well extended around the pool. Marc also installed a walkway form the front yard to the back to tie into the new pool deck. Our pool was re-plastered and new glass tile installed which is out of this world. New pool light & timer installation topped it off. We had Marc do some additional landscaping around the pool too, which tied everything together. Wish I could post before and after photos. A few of the things that stand out to me why I recommend Marc and H2eco, as I have been in and around construction my entire life are; 1) Friendliness-- Marc and his crews were pleasant and polite to work with. 2) Cleanliness--The crews cleaned up everything at the end of the day and removed all trash and debris. 3) Attention to Detail--Marc was on site most of the time and if he spotted something he did not like he corrected it on the spot. Thanks Marc for the outstanding job. We will be calling you soon to do some more landscaping around our home.

We had a project that needed to be done. My husband knew what he wanted and several people said no worries and did not show up. Some flatly said NO. Then I made the call to Marc. He looked everything over said no problem. He set a date and Mario and Edgar showed up to get the job done. My husband was impressed. That doesn’t happen often! I can’t thank Marc and his guys enough! They were professional and did the job as they said they would! Thank you!

We have a relatively small backyard that we wanted to turn into a tropical oasis. H2eco did a terrific job of making our dream come true. The owner, Marc, is a very pleasant person. He worked with us to maximize our space and gave us great guidance, as well. The main components are a plunge pool with a water feature and a hot tub. They did a wonderful job with the lighting, too; it looks even better than we envisioned.
The city inspectors marveled at the quality of their work. Once H2eco received the city permits, they worked daily almost exclusively on our job to finish it as quickly as possible.
Six months later, my wife and I use the pool almost every day after work to decompress.
I highly recommend contracting with H2eco for your pool and outdoor lighting needs.

I am a demanding customer and Marc, owner of H2Eco, surpassed my expectations on every point. We interviewed over a dozen contractors over a six month period and never felt the professionalism we needed to trust someone to execute our backyard remodel until we met Marc. Our specification was detailed and expectations high. Marc's quote was detailed and accurate (not the cheapest, but honest). I am so glad we've trusted him; our yard turned out incredible. Marc delivered more than I expected on half a dozen items, a rarity in any business. I am hiring him again for additional projects and offer my full recommendation.
