2.5 months ago Mister Sparky replaced an entire breaker panel in my apartment. The tech at the time told me that they would pull a permit in a few weeks they would be returning with someone from the city to inspect and approve the work. Inside of the total cost I paid a $400 fee for permitting. After 2 months of 0 contact, I reached out myself to check up on this. No one was able to provide any answers, I've been transferred to empty voicemails, and told that there was no permit information available, and that they were not able to get in contact with their permitting department. I was told that someone would reach out to me in 24-48 hours, that was a week and a half ago. At this point I have called around 5 times, and received 0 guidance or answer, I just want this issue to be resolved.

I was uncertain about what to think regarding this experience. I have used your company several times in the past, although not through this new Margate office. Your company previously installed my electric car charger and replaced the fluorescent lights in my garage with LED fixtures. The electrician Dakota who came from the Palm Beach County office was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful.

However, this recent experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I felt as though Luis was more focused on generating additional charges than on resolving my actual issue. His recommendation $3900.00 to rewire six lights and the switch in my kitchen did not seem to be a genuine solution, and I did not feel confident that he properly diagnosed the problem.

Additionally, I did not request an evening appointment. I was scheduled for one without being asked, and then informed of an increased charge for a night visit. At no point was I told that the time selected would result in an additional fee. The appointment was simply scheduled without offering me the option of an earlier time at the regular rate.

To make matters worse, he did not reinstall my light switch cover properly, and I had to go back and fix it myself.

The technician, Dakota, installed a new electrical box and timer for my pool, as well as replaced/rerouted the whips that hold the service wiring. This was all done professionally and for a reasonable cost. I would use this company again for my electrical needs. Dakota gets 10 stars for being courteous, professional & knowledgeable in his field.
