We were introduced to Build-Max through our homeowners insurance after our bathroom flooded. Istvan and his team were very responsive & timely, completed the work quickly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The repairs are great, it’s like our bathroom never flooded in the first place. And Emese has been a pleasure to work with, she’s checked up with us several times since the repair to make sure we’re satisfied and even sent us a Christmas card. 5 star experience, thank you!

The experience we had working with Build-Max Builder was beyond our expectations. Contractors are unfortunately known for having less than good reputations, so it was a very welcome surprise to deal with this company. They were always respectful, professional and pleasant, and kind. They communicated very well, and were always willing to answer our questions, very detail-oriented and respectful of our belongings. Nothing was damaged during this process. Good customer service, they were always very responsive. Their entire crew was great and took pride in their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone. During a very stressful time handling an insurance damage claim it was a relief for them to not be one of the issues that we were dealing with. We now feel secure and safe in our home, and we're very happy with their work and their customer service.
