I needed flooring installed in 2 rooms along with 3 sections of drywall in both rooms and the hallway. Job's expertise and professionalism was just what I needed. This was my first experience with a contractor, so of course I was nervous, and uncertain. He was patient, returned my calls, and addressed any concerns that I had. His team came, completed the job and left the place spotless. He suggested that I select a different style baseboard to complement the new flooring and it turned out amazing! Based on his advice and the wonderful outcome, I plan on changing out all the baseboards in the rest of the house. I have nothing but positive words to describe Job's commitment, professionalism, and workmanship.

Exterior wall ( stucco) was perfect I can’t complain and they finished it in few days they work fast and their performance was top notch

My house had developed a leak somewhere in The slab so I elected to have a complete plumbing retrofit. As a result, I had many wall openings in the drywall throughout the house. I hired JMF primarily because of the good reviews I read and his price was very reasonable. Job did the work over a period of three days and it came out perfect! He kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up each day. I repainted the walls myself and upon completion one could not tell there were any openings at all! I highly recommend Job and JMF. You will not find anybody that will do a better job!

We had some ceiling water damage and J.M.F. Drywall Handyman fixed this internal damage after our roof was repaired. They were very friendly, communicative, and straightforward to work with as well as affordable. There was small area of damage on the other side of the house as well and they were able to blend that paint job perfectly with the surrounding non damaged area. They also were extremely thorough in cleanup. I was expecting to need to clean after contracting a ceiling repair but they left the floor and counters and everything as clean as they found it.

My project was done very poorly and and the tv is not level, the Krystal in the fireplace fall off right after it was completed because there’s is a cap in the bottom that’s not suppose to be there. The fireplace wall was not what ask for and show him picture of what I want but he did his own thing. I asked him to come fix it and said he would and never come by. Very unprofessional I would not recommend him to anyone. I have pictures below it look worst in person currently looking for another company to fix it.

Job was lovely! He is soft spoken , responsible, timely and talented. He was respectful and wore a mask. He helped me with putting up new doors in the kitchen, painting the doors and assembling 4 chairs.
Most important he changed the dome lights and lowered ceiling, put molding up, and painted.He did an awesome job. It has been a pleasure to work with him. He is talented!

He built 3 decks for me in the back of my house. He was very professional, always showed up on time. Even worked on Sunday to finish on time. And gave me a very good price.

I recently hired J.M.F Drywall Handyman to rip out and replace drywall in a living room closet, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
