Jason was very polite, explained the process & treated us as if we were family. Meaning he took extra time & care replacing the motor and making sure that we understood each step to the very end. High recommend his services.

Adam came to install a new grill for us and as his previous visit was excellent at explaining what he was doing as well as being sure his job looked professional.

Luis came out the same day and repaired our unit, he was also really informative about why it went out and what needed to be fixed. It was a hot day out, so I really appreciate the timeliness! I recommend this company to anyone needing ac or heat repair.

Casey, the owner is very caring and help us out tremendously out of our situation. After Lindstrom air-conditioning tried to install manufacturers second as brand new, we kick them off the job. Casey came in show us that it was brand new equipment he bought.before they even started and much better price than Lindstrom for the same Brand new equipment instead of manufacturer second .
Do yourself a favor don’t call anyone else but AMI and Casey. All the other air-conditioning companies will try to rip you off. You won’t get what you’re paying for with any other company.

Called rang 5 times, someone picked up and hung up. O well. Calling the next company.

Very grateful for the Snell Precision Cooling team after a lightning strike in the area caused our AC to operate strange. The AC was randomly not bringing cool air into the house. They probably could have misled me into thinking we needed a new unit (since it is from 2010). They ran a bunch of diagnostics and everything looked good on the tools they were using. They then noticed a very small connection on the Hard Start unit was burnt out (probably from when the lightning struck the area). They replaced the hard start kit and everything is working great. They checked out all the other functions of the AC and said all else was fine. Very timely and communicative about educating on the topic. Thank you guys for your help.
