Plumbing reviews in Margate, Florida

Called Mr. Plumber yesterday to do a toilet swap out in my condo. "Drew" was here by 0900 this morning and got right on it. $354 and they carted away the old toilet. Six star service. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Drew is the best! He has done all our plumbing and recently changed out our water heater. Great price and even better service. Our dog loves Drew - what else can you say?

Very very friendly. Elliot spent time with me and answered all my questions. Made sure I received my quote as soon as possible. Was very happy with his customer service and the company informing me he was running late and then letting me know when he was in his way. The whole process was seamless.

Caleb and Marius are very personable and pay attention to detail. If they see something wrong that needs attention they take the initiative even though it was not part of the initial job. They even helped my neighbors in distress despite it being late and off the clock. What a team!!! I am confident that everything has been done properly.

Elliot went above and beyond on solving my leak in my shower. He spent a lot of time trouble shooting my problem. After diagnosing my problem he quoted a price that was $450.00 less that the plumbing company I normally use. Thanks Ben Franklin Plumbing. Elliot left several business cards and I can assure I'll pass out everyone of them to friends and neighbors. Thanks again Elliot.

Great service, plenty of appointment options, and knowledgeable plumber. Edwin Colon, the plumber that helped me out, was very friendly, experienced, efficient, and knowledgeable about the work and the company’s features such as their annual membership. Thank you and will recommend to my peers.

Marius did an outstanding job replacing my water heater! He was very punctual, arriving right on time, and his knowledge was evident throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, and his efficiency was impressive—he had the job done quicker than I expected without compromising quality. I highly recommend Marius for anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber!

I would highly recommend this company. Excellent Customer service from scheduling all the way through the completion of the job. Caleb was the tech that came out and he was very knowledgeable, very thorough doing the work and explained everything to me, as well as kind, fast and efficient. Caleb is a TRUE ASSET to this company. Thank you so much Caleb !!

Thanks to Chris S. for coming out today for my service. Old shower faucet that was too calcified for me to remove myself. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. Totally recommend the company for any plumbing needs, and if they send Chris out to you then you know you’re in good hands!

Elliot was very polite and came prepared to work. He even taught me how to plunge correctly. If and when I need more work completed I will definitely call again and refer my friends and family. Thanks for a job well done.

Wisler Cayemitte : What a great kid that works for Benjamin Franklin plumbing !!
He was here for almost 5 hours, changing the connections and both of my bathrooms my sinks and my showers. He left the bathrooms, spotless, and he helped me with anything I need to help with on the phone. I highly recommend this young man for any plumbing needs that you might have.!! You might have to call Benjamin Franklin And request this young man to do work for you. I give him 10 stars if I could

Excellent company! I have used this company 2 times. Chris and Marius are great technicians. They are incredibly good plumbers and I highly recommend them. Chris saved my back today by fixing a broken pipe and raising it so I don't have to lay on the ground to turn the water on, on my deck!

Caleb is a wonderful plumber. He explained all the work to me when I had a leak under my sink. He came and gave me the estimate and I decided to go ahead and do the work. He did half of it today and will be back tomorrow to finish it. So far, he changed both the shut off valves under my sink and stopped my flooding. so glad I decided to use Benjamin Franklin plumbing for the first time

It certainly was a pleasure to work with Edwin on our repairs. Edwin has wonderful customer service skills and expertise in the area of plumbing. I will certainly continue to use his company and request Edwin on any further Plumbing issues in my condos.

Both Caleb and Chris did an amazing installation of a water heater. Ours wasn’t a simple installation but they figured out a way to install it and make it fit in our laundry room with 4 other water heaters. They were on time, courteous, and extremely professional. Would highly recommend…

Chris came to install faucets for me today. As in the Ben Franklin excellent service legacy, he was thorough, anticipated possible problem, worked diligently to get the work done correctly. He is professional, able to communicate effectively, and focus' on the job. He is already helping me with a new water heater that broke while he was here. I fee confident he will do another great job in getting it replaced. Thanks so much.

Elliott and Chris did a wonderful job! Efficient, professional and courteous! Will definitely call again !

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marius, and I couldn't be happier with his service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Marius worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring every detail was taken care of. He even went above and beyond to provide tips for maintaining my plumbing system. His friendly demeanor and dedication to quality work truly set him apart. I highly recommend Marius for any plumbing needs – he's a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

I’ve used this company before with great satisfaction however this week the stars were out of alignment.
Marius was however the light at the end of the tunnel. He was quick to address the issue and perform a good solid repair. He was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to know. He has restored my confidence and I will continue to call BJ Plumbing when in need.

Great experience! Brett was professional, on time, and did an excellent job replacing our bathroom faucets. Everything works perfectly and looks great

Bret spotted the problem immediately. Since it was a new kitchen remodel, i had to call the contractor back to fix it. Thanks for Bretts expertise anyways!!
