I used Price Termite for extermination of termites in my kitchen. Pam (office manager) was extremely efficient and organized and was able to get me an inspection the next day. Peter (inspector) came on time and was friendly, efficient and reassuring. I was able to get an extermination appointment the next day - Coleman was on time, clean, very thorough and worked very hard. I had some concerns the next day, and both Pam and Peter emailed/called me and re-assured me. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the extermination service. Would definitely recommend for extermination services.

***Update: we are starting our third year - and the service has been awesome! *** We added mosquito mitigation last year, and even on the lake, the mosquitos are almost non-existent.
Price was thorough in providing details a fairly small and newer termite infestation upon our home inspection. They were responsive to our needs and scheduling. Their services have been excellent, and we have renewed our contract to keep our property free of termites and other pests.

Walter was my tech today. He was very thorough. Explained everything well. Went above and beyond for us. Walter is also a very nice gentleman. Thanks for your hard work.

The technicians showed up on time. Diligently provided the service indoor and outdoor. The technician provided a detailed explanation of the services and informed me if there were any appearances of pests to call and they’d return to address them. The cost of the service was very reasonable and I look forward to receiving their regular service. Highly recommended

I called Price Termite and pest control after having a horrible experience with another company, who told me, my house was free of termites. Even though I had seen Swarmers in one of my rooms.Found them online , The reviews were great , so why not give them a try.They came out promptly on time. Mind you, it was an evening appointment at 5 PM when it was scorching hot outside. to inspect my home was here for over an hour, and after an extremely thorough investigation and inspection, they did find live active termites in my attic and in an area in my daughter‘s room. The woman(And God bless her, cause I keep forgetting her name. She deserves the highest praise. She was one of the friendliest and respectable persons to come out as a company) and was very descriptive on what she saw and how we were to proceed forward and treat. Everything was laid out, nothing hidden .exactly what they were going to do to move forward as well as warranty option .. Of course we had a budget and you know it’s always the option to spot treat or to Tent your home. I feel like this company was very honest in helping us make that decision that would work best for us to treat the problem areas and it’d be affordable. well, here we are a year later and I have renewed my contract with them for another year. I did actually call them out at one point after treatment thinking I had seen some fresh frass. But I did not .and they were more than happy to accommodate any calls I needed in the future to check if I got nervous again. Give them a call! if you’re need of an inspection. They are very friendly over the phone. Answer a lot of questions have a lot of experience.. Thanks again Price :)

I found them on Google. The best service ever. Walter is a great Expert licensee Extermination guy. He’s efficient fast and super knowledgeable. He gave me great advice what to do or not to do in my home. I had been beaten by insects and had infestation of ants. My porch had spider's web. He took care of all. Believe it or not the next day I had no insects in the house.

Miguel has been taking care of our pest control needs for the better part of a year. Can’t stress enough how great of a job he does. He checks every nook and cranny and makes sure that your pest defense is intact. Definitely recommend his services. Good price for peace of mind.

Walter's attention to detail, and commitment to going above and beyond for the customer is unmatched. Terrible experience with this company. To pay thousands of dollars on a service and this is how they leave the property after. The tenting team broke the fence of the property on both sides did not call to advise this needed to be done and left the property damaged. The person in charge Peter, did not even check on the property after the service he just sent a message saying it was done. When I arrived at the property the fence was damaged and took no responsibility of the damage. This company does not care about your home and the quality of work is poor. ZERO STARS! (Could not post unless a star was chosen) Clients beware

It’s been a pleasure to work with them, they are so knowledgeable, one of a kind, have the best options for any type of work and material to use, great advisors and great customer service.

This people are very unprofessional, they not only quote you a amount and then come with additions that they included and then turn around and say its not included to bump up the price. The work is mediocre, the drawers had to be changed because they where all sideways and they always have an explanation so they avoid responsibility. They push for a final payment so they never will come back to fix any problems, so never pay them until you are satisfied or even do business with shady individuals like that. They will throw the ball to the installer or anyone else involved in the process. Run away!!!!
After only 1 month my front desk person touched the border with her chair and a piece of formica chipped, called them up to ask them to repair it and they said it will cost me $250 after I spent close to $8000.
So the quality is terrible as well didn’t expect to have something chip after 1 month!

I just got my kitchen done by this company and it was the easiest and best experience with remodeling my new home. They were so quick and efficient and literally any question I had they answered right away. I highly recommend going with them there’s no way you can find better

I was very happy with this. I had closet factory quote me and almost choked on air from the quote. Two others as well. They also kept forcing certain designs and could not explain what my wife wanted. Yes they had 3 computer models but no clue. Appletree drew it by hand for my wife on site, then showed her photos of products, gave us a price, a timeline, better materials, and it was about half the price. We are very happy with the closet cabinetry and makeup vanity cabinet they built. I sent 2 friends and my attorney their information who were also very happy. They came on Sunday 2 times to accommodate us as well (don't know if that is their norm.)
