Reviews of local pros in Margate, Florida

Exterior wall ( stucco) was perfect I can’t complain and they finished it in few days they work fast and their performance was top notch

My house had developed a leak somewhere in The slab so I elected to have a complete plumbing retrofit. As a result, I had many wall openings in the drywall throughout the house. I hired JMF primarily because of the good reviews I read and his price was very reasonable. Job did the work over a period of three days and it came out perfect! He kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up each day. I repainted the walls myself and upon completion one could not tell there were any openings at all! I highly recommend Job and JMF. You will not find anybody that will do a better job!

I am so happy and grateful! J.M.F was able to meet my deadline and budget with quality work. The workers are very kind and professional. I am very happy with their work.

Posted photos of before and after of my laundry room that was a mess at first and now is completely restored with drywall, flooring, and shelves installation. I was so happy with the fast, clean, and professional work I’ve received.

Dependable, Honest, Efficient, and Highly Skilled are just a few words to describe Job. JMF exceeded my expectations with my bathroom remodel. His design input and work-ethic resulted in such in a remarkable outcome. I now have a bathroom for life.

We had some ceiling water damage and J.M.F. Drywall Handyman fixed this internal damage after our roof was repaired. They were very friendly, communicative, and straightforward to work with as well as affordable. There was small area of damage on the other side of the house as well and they were able to blend that paint job perfectly with the surrounding non damaged area. They also were extremely thorough in cleanup. I was expecting to need to clean after contracting a ceiling repair but they left the floor and counters and everything as clean as they found it.

My project was done very poorly and and the tv is not level, the Krystal in the fireplace fall off right after it was completed because there’s is a cap in the bottom that’s not suppose to be there. The fireplace wall was not what ask for and show him picture of what I want but he did his own thing. I asked him to come fix it and said he would and never come by. Very unprofessional I would not recommend him to anyone. I have pictures below it look worst in person currently looking for another company to fix it.

Job was lovely! He is soft spoken , responsible, timely and talented. He was respectful and wore a mask. He helped me with putting up new doors in the kitchen, painting the doors and assembling 4 chairs.
Most important he changed the dome lights and lowered ceiling, put molding up, and painted. He did an awesome job. It has been a pleasure to work with him. He is talented!

He built 3 decks for me in the back of my house. He was very professional, always showed up on time. Even worked on Sunday to finish on time. And gave me a very good price.

Hired for my client for her property in Boca Raton. She is very pleased with the results. Great attention to detail and quality work. Great communication. Trustworthy. An efficient worker. I highly recommend.

A new fresh clean slate!

I recently hired J.M.F Drywall Handyman to rip out and replace drywall in a living room closet, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Job, the owner, did an absolutely outstanding job. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. He was incredibly friendly, arrived exactly when scheduled, and completed the work efficiently and professionally.

What truly set the service apart was Job’s helpfulness and attention to detail. He not only transformed the closet but also took the initiative to patch a small hole for me in another area of the house at no extra charge. He ensured the entire workspace was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving, making the process stress-free.

I highly recommend J.M.F Drywall Handyman for any drywall needs. I will definitely be rehiring them for all my future projects!

Adam came to install a new grill for us and as his previous visit was excellent at explaining what he was doing as well as being sure his job looked professional.

Luis came out the same day and repaired our unit, he was also really informative about why it went out and what needed to be fixed. It was a hot day out, so I really appreciate the timeliness! I recommend this company to anyone needing ac or heat repair.

Casey, the owner is very caring and help us out tremendously out of our situation. After Lindstrom air-conditioning tried to install manufacturers second as brand new, we kick them off the job. Casey came in show us that it was brand new equipment he bought.before they even started and much better price than Lindstrom for the same Brand new equipment instead of manufacturer second .
Do yourself a favor don’t call anyone else but AMI and Casey. All the other air-conditioning companies will try to rip you off. You won’t get what you’re paying for with any other company.

Excellent work. Jorge did a great job. Jorge is a great guy, hard worker for sure. Thank you!

The first guy came out, I believe his name was Solomon and did absolutely nothing and asked for a second check. His attitude was extremely nasty as well. We are not almost one month that our lights continue to go out. We've had guys out here 2 or 3 times and the one guy says he is not doing the work because the other guy got paid. Twice we called before and no one showed up. Called again this morning and the guy Al didn't even say hold on. He just left me on hold, called back and still on hold as of right now. I am requesting a refund! They would not give us one. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

TLM Electrical Services is impressive. Their group produced excellent work and was competent and trustworthy. Really happy with what they did!

I reached out to TLM Electrical Services for installation of Recessed lighting. They were able to get me on the schedule with very little notice. They were incredibly professional and quick. I will definitely look to use them again.

I had an excellent experience with TLM Electrical Services. They arrived on time, worked very hard all day, solved all the electric issues that was having and professionally installed over 30 light fixtures and switches. They did great work and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Everything was explained thoroughly and they stuck to the price quoted. They even stayed after 5pm on a Friday afternoon to do some extra work that I requested last minute. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend TLM Electrical Services.

Excelente trabajo, todo impecale. Instalaron un circuito eléctrico para mi cargador de EV, todo funcionó muy bien, cumplieron con los plazos, me ayudaron con los permisos en la ciudad y con la creación del servicio en FPL.
100% recomendados!
