This place abuses of the workers specially the security guards a 12 hr shift scanning the same checkpoint 100 times. Then you have to wait for the next security guard to release you even if that means waiting 2 hrs more and not get paid for waiting. That’s why they are always hiring, this place is a scam and should be sued they don’t care about any of their workers they just use and dispose of them worst security company in all of Florida

I very much do recommend SFM Services, Inc. for anyone who is interested in getting into security for the first time (they do assist with licensing so there is lots of room for professional growth here). Full-time benefits and supervisors are very hand-on. This is truly a great company that cares about it’s employees. 5/5

My wife was parking in an emergency room (Coral Springs) parking spot with my 6yr old son. Their employee in truck 205 started arguing with my wife about parking there and said tough, find another spot. Another worker apologized about that other persons behavior. But this kind of attitude from this specific person is horrible. Your only as good of a company as your weakest link. And based on this person, this company can’t be doing things right!

Driver almost ran me off the road. Tried to call and file a complaint and the receptionist hung up the phone on me.

SMF is an amazing company and they're extremely professional. Their cleaning services are top of the line including their staff. I will continue speaking highly of this company. Great experience.

I took my kids to Burger King located on 1309 NW 20th street. The security guard name Laronzo told me that my kids (my toddlers) couldn’t run around due to them potentially getting hurt. GRANTED UNDERSTOOD! I tell my kids to sit down and proceed to order food. I also had my 14 year old daughter sitting at the table with them. He is constantly watching my kids at the table. My 14year old lifts her knee up towards her body for 3 seconds to scratch her knee and he tells her to put her leg down. This is absolutely unacceptable! My daughter is old enough to not run around and stand on tables. There’s no reason why he should be watching her every move that hard and tell her to put her leg down when we simply came to dine in and enjoy a meal as a family. He is also very unprofessional to be on FACETIME AND WATCHING YOUTUBE VIDEO WHILE ON THE CLOCK. I set a complaint to Burger King and they informed me this is his 3 complaint from customers. They informed me that he is hired from a third party security team. Unfortunately my experience at burger king dine in was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE due to this security officer. I will never go into that restaurant again.

Their tree trimming workers in Coral Gables were very friendly and helpful.

I recently hired SFM SERVICES, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality were evident. The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and worked efficiently to ensure every inch of my space was spotless.

What truly sets them apart is their commitment to excellence. They went above and beyond, tackling even the toughest areas with precision. My office has never looked or smelled this fresh! Their staff was friendly, courteous, and highly skilled, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

If you’re looking for a reliable, top-notch cleaning company, SFM SERVICES is the way to go. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of professional cleaning, you won’t be disappointed!

These guys threw about 5 empty water bottles out the window while driving.

One of your drivers cut me off on 75 going northbound between Miramar and Pines Boulevard it would’ve been a real terrible accident. Lucky I’m a chauffeur and I know how to drive but he cut me off with that big tractor that he had in the back. He was an African-American guy with a very long beer. I can see him through my window. You need to teach your drivers how to respect the road and how to drive in their lanes and I was on the third lane in terrible. You should penalize him whoever he is and if you call me or contact me, I will point him out who he is because I will not forget that face. Sorry I couldn’t take his license number because I would get it revoked.
