I would not recommend this company. While they were kind and professional, I learned the hard way that they’re overpriced and not capable. They quoted me $1700 for a chandelier removal and reinstall. I asked them to do diagnostic work before installing the new one; they simply didn’t. After spending the entire day talking down the chandelier and putting up the new one, the brand new one stopped working because they hadn’t assessed the underlying issue and the electrics blew out the transformer on the new one.

They of course kept my 50% deposit, and they even asked for me to pay the remaining 50% even though they didn’t do the job!! Then, they promised to come back next week to install a new one (after I had to send back the now broken one). I asked them for a time next week, no response. So I got a quote elsewhere, after looking for a licensed electrician. I found a company who quoted me $500 TOTAL (sure, they didn’t have to remove the existing chandelier, but this cost included diagnostics and install) and they came and got the job done in 3 hours.

It seemed like Electrical Solution US were figuring it out as they went along, and charging top dollar for it, whereas the master electrician I hired from the other company knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done.

Called for a quote to have repairs done on my exterior lighting at my restaurant on South Beach. Juan was very helpful, answered all my calls and questions, and we were able to approve the quote online, and have a technician complete the work the next day. Great work. Asked them to come back to finish some interior electrical work next week.

I highly recommend Electrical Solution. Juan is professional and did an amazing job in a challenging situation. We made an appointment with short notice and he showed up, and on time! He considered our situation, took on the difficult job on Saturday, and stayed until it was complete. He protected the working area and left it spotless when he left. I will be calling him again for any electrical needs.

I hired Juan for my condo in Aventura @ Mystic Point. He did all the electricity which included stretch ceilings across the entire place and replace all the lighting with 38 recess lights. Juan and his team were excellent. They did a complicated job with ease and the price was fair. I needed to install a new tankless water heater which requires adding 3 breakers. They had to install cables from the outside panel all the way to the garage and go through the wall. Not oy was it done to code and properly but it looks good. Juan is respectful,
Knows his stuff and is very professional, I highly recommend him!

The crew came out the morning after the storm blew through and fixed a very dangerous situation in my electrical. I have a 99-year-old house and we were in a bit of a fix and Juan and the crew came in and took care of it. In the 30 years that I’ve lived in my house. I haven’t been happy with very many electrical contractors, but I would use Electrical Solutions again in a flash.

Juan and team very responsive to our needs. We had a troublesome wiring issue that they spent the extra time to resolve, so we now have a working outlet that hadn’t worked in years. Friendly crew that made sure we were happy with the five jobs we gave them. Replaced a chandelier in a stairwell, hooked up a ring doorbell with a new power source, fixed non-working sockets.

Happy to use them again.

Needed an electrician for what I thought was just relaxing a dimmer switch - turned out to need a new transformer. Showed up on time (once we finally got the necessary paperwork for the condo so the first visit was postponed) - problem was explained, electrician was knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Phone calls were either answer after a few rings or immediately called me back. Very pleased with the service. Prices were reasonable. Nice to know I have a good electrician in my neighborhood.

after 6 visits, and minor electrical work on a one-bedroom apartment (totaling $1,000), the work is failing after 6 to 12 months. 2 of the outlets they replaced don't work half the time, and clearly the lights under the cabinet don't work. do not use this company it is a waste of time. maybe Juan could do a better job than his assistants, but I'm not sure how this business gets 4.9 stars out of 100 reviews (when work is done he asks you to leave a five-star review, then harasses you if you leave anything less).

update: instead of taking accountability for this work he texts me at 11:00 p.m. asking me "what my problem is" and then proceeds to argue with me about how the work was "done years ago." it took me over a year for these 6 visits to take place and I had 6 months of working electrical before it went bad again. I paid him $1,000 for work that has consistently failed.
