On April 19th, 2024 Vista Construction & Remodeling while working in a Condominium in Miami Beach hit a water line creating a severe flood in several units and common areas in the building. Surprisingly the company was operating with an expired liability insurance. After more than 3 month of the incident, there's has not been a resolution to the thousands of dollars in losses they caused yet. Stay away from this company.

Incredibly pleased with this construction company's work on remodeling my three flip houses. Their expertise in internal design transformed the properties into modern marvels. In April of 2023, I contacted Kennys with Vista Construction who promptly returned my call. Being that our property was on South Beach and having heard nightmare stories about contractors here in south Florida, I was already impressed. We ended up contracting with them to redo a master bathroom and kitchen. We ended up doing several more changes along the way but in dealing with Vista Construction, I was blown away at how they knew how to deal with the city. They also handled moving our furniture out, storing it for the duration of the project and then returning it - without one item damaged! What a stress reliever that was!
They also knew who to contact for our kitchen and Kennys actually met us at the kitchen design center to help in our facilitation of getting things done the way we wanted them done. In all we did or wanted to do with our unit, we were never told NO!
The suggestions that were made by Dario, our project foreman, were incredible and we followed his recommendations all the way. They made our dream come true and we now have a condo that fits our lifestyle perfectly!
After the project completion we still have been in contact for minor issues and have always gotten a response and more importantly, a resolution! I consider them friends who I have recommended to others! I think the pics I have added to this post really tell the full story! My advice to anyone is - you could never go wrong in having them do your project. They are trustworthy and their goal is to have your goal come to life! The team was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. Everything was completed on time without any unnecessary delays. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable and high-quality inspection.
