We used Rushmaids to clean my office and they did an amazing job! We have standard to withhold in our practice and they over exceeded our expectations! Definitely will be using their services again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I got the deep cleaning service and it was absolutely amazing. There was a mother and daughter duo that came and cleaned my place and it looked brand new! the only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because this company doesn't have many English speaking workers. At the end of the day this is America, and we speak English... I didn't like the maids trying to communicate through google translator... Besides that it was great !

They are awesome. Super responsive. And will do whatever it takes to help you out. I had to reschedule my cleaning to a earlier time and they were able to accommodate me.

This company provided me with a great cleaning service in places where I didn’t even realize needed cleaning at first. I used this to clean up my office and the value they provided their price was definitely worth it. My office was left spotless and there was no excuse for my team to produce. Everything was cleaned from the computer screens, to the floors, to the keyboards. They disinfected everything after wards too and left everything smelling great.

After my cleaning lady retired, I almost had a heart attack. I tried several different cleaning people and they just weren’t it for me. Thankfully a friend of mine referred me to Rushmaid. The whole team is amazing. Great people and great work. They left my condo SPOTLESS, balcony glass included. Happy to say I’ll never be switching up my cleaning crew again. This is where it’s at. Highly recommend.

I have been using Rush Maid for a couple of my vacation rental properties, and all I can say is that I’m VERY impressed. The attention to detail when it comes to cleaning rugs, floors, furniture is just top notch. They use great cleaning products that has my house smelling and looking like a brand new home. First time ever using a cleaning company for a move in deep clean 3 bed, 3.5 bath. I called the day of and they were very prompt and professional about getting me an appointment same day. Literally within a few hours two ladies (very professional and friendly) were on time and ready to clean with supplies! Only took them a few hours and the apartment was SPOTLESS! This company would be excellent for a standard clean. They are responsive, professional, on-time, friendly, and genuinely want to do an outstanding job. I called on the morning of Jan 2 and they were here at 1pm. Fantastic. I ordered the Moving Clean, which is an additional $85. I found it was not worth the extra money. I had to have them go over areas missed and was very upset. For example, the extra clean includes the oven and the insides of all drawers. They didn't touch the inside of the oven or an entire chest of drawers in the bedroom. I called the office and the gentleman got them to do those things I identified. I was very pleased till I realized how much of the bathroom was not done to the quality I expected for the extra payment. So, in the end, they are very good.at standard cleaning I would never pay for the extra moving cleaning with them. I was in a tough spot moving into a place that was not clean and needed it done quickly so I could unpack. They came through quickly and professionally and really cared.

It is not easy to impress me with people who provide services regarding cleaning because generally I do all of my cleaning myself, but I have to say I was beyond happy and completely satisfied with the services and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody well done

The cleanest my house has ever been! Those brush scrubbing sounds were going on for hours!(especially my bathrooms) They got down and had at my floors!They picked up and organized my mess of things aswell, changed the sheets, unloaded the washer and still are working hard now as I write this. They've been going 6 hours none stop! Not breezing through and claiming it's clean in 2 hours like other housekeepers do! DO NOT HESITATE TO TRY THIS COMPANY! (OH, THEY ALSO WORKED VERY QUIETLY WHILE I WAS SICK IN BED.)

We were looking for cleaners to come help me with my bedroom/bath. I went with them cause they stated they could do the job for less than the other companies. I specifically said what I needed, how big the job was, etc. I told them that I needed trash thrown out and my things separated from the trash. I also needed a quick cleaning of the floors. I said this several times. They agreed to do the work the way I told them to do the work. They ended up THROWING AWAY MY THINGS WITHOUT CONSENT! I am a DISABLED customer with mental and physical Disabilities who was in need of help and they threw away my ID cane which helps me see (I'm visually impaired), they threw out my prescription drugs, clothes, instruments, lingerie, etc. They left moldy soap in my bathroom on display, kept things that were obv trash as well. 😡 I paid them 210$ plus 180$ tip to the cleaners cause I was being fair since the work load was a lot. When I asked for a refund cause my property was damaged, I was rudely blamed for everything, interrupted by owner, talked down by the owner and lastly he harassed me. He also took photos and video of my house without my consent! If you want a company that LISTENS TO YOU and asks for PERMISSION before doing things against your privacy, look elsewhere. I feel VIOLATED. I am currently looking into small claims because I need my 210$ back which is all I asked for even tho there is over 500$ of damages. 😡

Do not hire Rushmaid.
