As a General Contractor we hired Royal Gutters to install gutters for the Key Biscayne Yacht Club. Gabriel and his crew did a great job on the project. They were professional, reliable, and did great quality work on a fast paced project. Highly recommend.

Gabriel and his crew came out and installed our gutters, they look beautiful. But when the first rain came after they were up we noticed two issues. We have a leak in the front and the back gutter over flows like a water fall on my patio. I reached out to Gabriel several times which he ignored. Finally a harsh text and he responded. He said he would send out his guys to fix. I’m still waiting...it has been 4 days and he keeps giving me the run around. I will never recommend him to anyone, this is poor business ethics! Take your money and now you are on your own with any issues.

There’s guys are great. Gabriel and his assistant cane to quote the gutter installation the same day I called. 3 days later, all the work was done. Quick and professional, also reasonably priced. Give these guys a call for any gutter installation or service you need, you won’t be disappointed.

We used Royal Gutters to complete a project in our house that has some complicated edges for gutters. They delivered amazing service and were able to give us options that could make the work not only aesthetic, but functional.

The owner Gabriel is quick to respond when making the sale and installing the gutters, but does not respond when called back to fix the poor install. I have 2 areas where my gutters are pitched the wrong way and are causing water issues with a brand new house. If you want a company who stands behind their work and Guarantee then look else where. I have tried for 2 months to get them to come back out and fix the work. Looks like I will have to hire someone else to fix the work that Royal Gutters did.

Totally recommend Royal Gutters for your gutter needs. I spoke with owner Gabriel who promptly sent out his repair expert Christian--as a professional in the gutter industry with years of experience, he immediately assessed the problem, and repaired it. I was impressed at how efficiently and thoughtfully the work was done, and at Christian's professional and respectful demeanor. Having resided in Miami Beach for years, it is not always easy finding quality work by reliable persons, at a fair price--Royal Gutters without any doubt fits the bill and I recommend this Company 100%.

Unfortunately, the recent reviews align with our overall experience with Gabriel and Royal Gutters. He came highly recommended by a family member, which gave us comfort in their ability to deliver. After providing us with a quote and sending over our deposit, that's when our in-person interactions with Gabriel came to a halt! He would give a date, only for him and his crew to no-show ON FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS. After giving him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduling multiple times, the straw that broke the camel's back was his no-show after returning from a fishing trip (on the date he said he was going to come). Mind you, we found out after calling him to demand our deposit back. Once we asked for our deposit back is when he responded. We've asked for our money back quite a few times now, he says he will do it, but alas and consistent with our experience, he does not. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT USE!

So I had Gabriel come out to take a look at my gutters after another company that I had hired just did a really shoty job. He was early for the estimate and very professional. Once I had explained that I had just got new gutters but they were not working at all he immediately had the solutions. He was aware that we had already just paid for gutters and was willing to try to give me the best deal he could. Being that our house was so tall we understood that he still had a lot of work ahead of him. Once given the proposal we agreed to move forward with the work and his team showed up promptly as scheduled. His guys were very efficient and you could tell right away that they knew exactly what they were doing. Originally we were only doing the front of the home but once we saw the gutters as they were completing them, we decide to go ahead and do the complete rest of the house. 👑👑

Of course after our previous experience when it rained we immediately went outside to see how are new system was working and we were very pleased not only with the functionality of the gutters and down spouts but would just how beautiful the gutters made our house look around the facia. It was like Crown molding. We also had an issue over our front door where the previous company had ran a downspout that just looked horrible. Gabriel's guys were able to do what we ended being very satisfied with as well as got all of the water where we wanted it which was just away from our front steps. We were aware that we had to have this downspout coming down our home no matter what but the pride they took in their work making it go around each and every curve as tight as possible just shows what this company is really like and that's Royal.

Once we asked for our deposit back is when he responded. We've asked for our money back quite a few times now, he says he will do it, but alas and consistent with our experience, he does not. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. There goes our deposit (which is not non-refundable, per the invoice, he just doesn’t want to give it back).

Contrary to what others here have reviewed, Gabriel and his team took good care of us. Him and Ben arrived for the estimate and went straight to work. Gabriel followed up with me the following day and didn’t harass me to do the job with him. His quote was the lowest and his guys did the job in good time. Had an issue with one of the gutters, because of an idea my wife had, and Gabriel’s guys were there a few days later to add and re route for best results. Highly recommend their services.

I sent a message asking for a quote and when I met Gabriel, the owner, his professionalism and vision helped me decide what type of gutters to place outlining my new metal roof look. Paid $525 in Full – Zero Work Done – Explicit Refund Promise Broken!

STAY AWAY. This company takes your money and disappears.

On January 22, 2025, I paid Royal Gutters the full $525 for 20 linear feet of 6” K-style aluminum gutters plus downspouts at my home in Miami Lakes (6430 Miami Lakeway South). They had done previous work for me successfully, so I trusted them.

They missed every single promised installation date. After dozens of calls and two formal demand letters (Feb 3 and Feb 12, 2026), salesman Gabriel promised me on a recorded phone call on February 12, 2026, that the full $525 would be Zelle’d by noon that day.

As of February 14, 2026 — nothing. No payment, no communication, no explanation.

This is a clear breach of contract and deceptive business practice. My property was left exposed (including generator coverage issues) while they sat on my money. I have preserved the signed proposal, payment records, call logs, and both demand letters.

I am now filing in Miami-Dade Small Claims Court, reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and filing a formal complaint with the Florida DBPR.
Do not do business with Royal Gutters. They have a well-documented pattern of this behavior (check their other 1-star reviews and BBB complaints). Save yourself the headache, lost time, and lost money.

The best customer service around and I love how I can trust that they’re only using the best products for both my family and the environment. I will definitely continue to use them!
