Unfortunately, the service has not met expectations. Despite having a saltwater system, the technicians poured salt directly into the skimmer and also placed a chlorine tablet in it—both actions that, according to the system’s manual, can cause serious damage to the equipment.
I strongly advise others to carefully inspect their pool after each service rather than relying solely on the pictures provided by the company. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.

Highly recommended company, I was having issues keeping my pool water clean, and when I found this company. I was so lucky to find such a knowledgeable company that made the process stress free and very convenient. Great prices too.

Blueviel took care of our pool’s faulty salt chlorination system and installed a new unit very quickly. They gave us great advice about the best unit and helped register it as well for warranty purposes. Everything was easy and communication excellent during the entire process! Highly recommended for any pool repair and also for regular pool maintenance. Excellent service!

Danny and his team have been excellent and very professional. He is helping in restoring the new pool my wife and I inherited which was green and could not be seen through. After a drain and acid wash the pool is regaining its color and now Blueviel is helping us with regular maintenance.

We just finished a resurfacing and change of equipment with Blueviel pools. Since the first meeting Danny and his dad were very knowledgeable and helpful and always focused in addressing our needs and concerns. As our pool is 30 years old, we encountered a few issues with the lights and leaks, Blueviel was always there and fully responsive. Danny even came on a Sunday to help address all issues. Their support staff is really good, always giving you updates on the work. The pool looks great!!!

My pool got built on 1960's and I had a lot of leaks we kept dealing with and finally everything resolved, Blueviel team did an awesome job at finding and fixing the leaks. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to sort out your pool issues quickly and efficiently .

Extremely professional superfast, & knowledgeable. we had tadpoles growing in our pool. They came out the same day we contacted them within 15 minutes to be exact. Got rid of all of the eggs and the tadpoles within a few hours gave us extremely wonderful advice on servicing our pool in the future. They have a pool looking sparkling new again. . We are now loyal customers.

We worked with this company for the maintenance of our pool: a wonderful team, weekly reminders, and detailed reports with photos. Fantastic!

However, when it came to equipment replacement and repair services, the approach was disappointing. For example, when we requested the replacement of a generator and a burned-out bulb, we received a separate total price for the equipment, but for the labor, we were only given a general price. As a customer, it’s important to have the option to choose from clear and detailed estimates.
