Looked up this service as I was taking a flight to Miami from New York. Called and connected with ease. A housekeeper was sent to come in on the Sunday before the 4th of July to clean my mother’s house (common areas, hallways, sweep/mop, kitchen and bathroom). Cleaning service was amazing, housekeeper Tunde was wonderful and very collaborative — we were cleaning for a birthday get together and she helped accomplish what we needed while also being conscious of her time.

If you ever need service in Miami or South Florida, look them up, speak to Ronnie and they will take good care if you!

Ronnie was easy and quick with communication. The cleaner, Ibeth, did an absolutely AMAZING job. The place was clean and sparkling and Ibeth was professional and I don't think she missed an inch! I recently moved to the area and moving is such a headache, but working with Ronnie and Ibeth was such a welcoming relief from the stress of moving.

I hired the Pro Housekeepers twice during a month long stay in Miami and their team did a great job. I was very impressed on how shiny they got the glass top stove and how they got the grease off the stove hood fan. It was so nice to come home from a long day vacationing (hehe) to a sparking and fresh smelling condo!

Ronnie, the owner, is very friendly and professional. I hired them for a move out clean, and they were very thorough: cleaned inside the cabinets, fridge, microwave, etc. The cleaners came one time and were also very friendly. I highly recommend this company.

We needed someone to do deep cleaning around our house. The housekeeper arrived on time and ready to work. The service delivered by housekeeper was outstanding. Customer service experience with John was also outstanding. I will use these guys every time.

I spent $600 a week to get the best cleaning service(one before pestcontrol and two after). And I didn't like anybody's service. The apartment was clean but I needed a deep cleaning after pest control. Elmyra and Jose came in today, they were sooo professional and so nice, they know what to do, they took care of everything I needed. They didn't skip any little thing I told them! I hired this company to come clean a "frat" house before I listed the house for sale. This was truly Mission Impossible since the house was not just a mess, but truly, deeply dirty. My mom’s house about just as far away from Miami Beach as you can get, but this company took the job and even agreed to tackle some nasty carpeting. They were quick and thorough. Ronnie in Customer Service was great. Would definitely use again.

I highly recommend Pro Housekeepers. The Cleaning Team was very professional and courteous and informed me when they were on their way. After arriving, they were very thorough and did a great job of cleaning the entire apartment. They had a great attitude and made sure we were satisfied with the work before they left. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had hiring cleaners. The fact that it’s a flat fee ans they stay until the job is done puts them way ahead of any other service I’ve used. Yvette and her team were on time and cleaned every little detail and made sure I was happy before they left. They spent 9 full hours doing a top to bottom deep clean of my new house before my move in. Worth every penny. I’ll be using them again.

I booked a move-out deep cleaning at the last minute. Not only were they responsive, but the team they sent did an amazing job. And, they did it on a Sunday. My apartment was meticulously cleaned and smelled beautiful. It’s definitely cleaner than when it was given to me. The best part is that Pro Housekeepers is available in the city im relocating to, so I will definitely be contacting them again for weekly service. This was my first experience with Pro Keepers and I have to say that I was very surprised at how wonderful of a job they did. The day I called Mr. Ronnie, he was extremely compassionate and understanding. He worked with myself and my family when it came to a reasonable price to clean my grandmother's home. Mr. Mike and his cleaning crew were also incredible, they came in and were so kind to us, going above and beyond. Even coming back the next day just to do some finishing touches. I am forever grateful that they all were able to help me and also how nice and understanding they were. I don't live in Florida, but if I were to ever come back and I needed a cleaning service, this is the first place I would contact. Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed. 😄😄😄
