These guys came by and saved the day on a very short notice, for a way better price than all the other companies were quoting me. My unit was broken for two days, they came and ran several tests, detected what the issue was, and fixed everything in a very timely manner. I had another company come check my unit and they said it was beyond repair and they quoted me an extremely high price to swap the whole unit out. So before going through with it I called these guys at Acree and they said they'd be happy to come take a look. David and Robert came by and go figure, it turned out to be a much quicker fix than the first company was making it out to be. These guys are extremely honest and fair. They got the job done in less than an hour for a fraction of what the other company was charging. If you have any issues I urge you to call them before dishing out money to other companies that dont have you're best interest in mind.

This firm was efficient in every step of the job: quick and detailed estimate, responsive to the questions, knowledgeable about the ductless split systems. Installation was uneventful, everything as promised, high quality. Excellent communication throughout the process.

For context, temperatures in miami dropped to the upper 40s and my HVAC was not blowing ANY hot air. Firstly, you have to pay $79 for an appointment just so the technician to come to your home (red flag). When the technician see that my HVAC is BOSCH he makes a face (red flag). After 35 minutes he said he thinks (red flag) it’s a new part when my unit is only 6 years old but that someone will call me the next morning. The next morning ones and goes and no one calls (red flag). I call at the end of day and they said someone will call me back at end-of-day. Waiting for that call and if/when they call I will update this post with the outcome. At this point we totally feel scammed and still no heat.

Best Heating & Air Conditioning is the only AC business that is that trustworthy or considerate. They just installed a brand-new unit today, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on it. I've known them for years and I'll know them for a very long time.

The technician did not appear within the three hour window provided and I just received a string of excuses as to why I needed to wait a little while longer. I ended up canceling when it was clear nobody was coming.

Technician approaches earlier than promised and quickly find out the problem and repaired it speedily and efficiently. They repaired the AC compressor. Happy from the professional service and competitive price. I would unquestionably contact them again. Great job!!

I will share my story with you so you do not have to deal with a situation similar to mine. Also because I believe companies like these shouldn’t receive the support of our community. I contacted initially a company called Rafael’s Air Conditioning because at their website they show an address close to my location and because they seemed to be experts in ac. I made an appointment with them with some lady by the phone. They told me something about a service fee. But I thought it was a fee to fix my ac. The next day I received two calls from a Broward area code to confirm the appointment. At that point, I found things a little confusing, why somebody from Broward will come to my house when I contacted a local company which is literally 5 min far from my apt. When a guy name Herold arrived he was on time but a little unprofessional when he was asking for a parking. I helped him with that situation but I noticed he was in some kind of rush. I also realized that his shirt and van had another company name, World Appliance Repair & Technology, a company that fix appliance in general, not only ac. I should’ve take this as a red flag, unfortunately I didn’t. We went to the apt and for my surprise he didn’t have an idea of how to pull the ac from the wall even when we told them that the ac was dismantle and the right screws were unscrewed to facilitate his job. He was unscrewing other screws and my husband had to help him with that. We have told him previously that the ac was doing a noise and that probably it was the fan broken. After he checked literally, less than a minute, he told us that the bracket that holds the fan was broken and that no one sells that part. My husband told him and concluded that the fan was loose (because the bracket was broken) and that is why it was making the noise. It seems that the guy did not like his interpretation and in a very rude way began to argue with my husband, in our own house, practically trying to present the problem as the worst scenario and that we had to buy a new ac even when the compressor is good and cools perfectly. After not even spending 10 minutes in my house because he didn’t put the ac back to its place, he told us it was $49 for a service call fee. Those were the easiest $49 dollars a person could earn in this world! It seems based on other reviews that companies like this don’t put any efforts in fixing your ac or appliance and they are more interesting in charging and earn from the service call fee. I can only conclude that the first company, Rafael Air Conditioning Repair also earns from this fee as a referral company. They actually don’t have an open location for public, the address they are using is a suite room of the hotel Monte Carlo in Miami Beach. My husband and I ended up putting two L shape metal corner brace with screws and attached the fan bracket to the ac again and voila, the ac is working silently and very functional. This guy Herold should’ve came with a solution like this and at least earn the money honorably instead of take your money and ran away.
