I called Subzero on Monday morning. Manuel was able to give me a guesstimate via text of how much it would cost to repair my stove. He came Tuesday morning looked at the stove, confirmed what needed to be done, left to get the parts and came back a few hours later to fix the issues. He was quick, reliable and professional. I would definitely use Subzero/ First Class Tech if I needed something fixed again.

Manuel and his team were amazing!!
I moved into my new condo and washer was not running, the fridge was overheating, and ice maker did not work... also my washer was stuck the way that you can only open the door halfway through: they fixed all of that!! I feel solid now as all my appliance are now fixed.

My microwave/oven wall combination stop heating so I looked up companies near me to get a price quote on how much it will be, First Class Tech was very reasonable, they gave me an appointment for the very same day. The technician was honest, knowledgeable and friendly, explained every process he was doing and why.
