Reviews of local pros in Miami Beach, Florida

Showed up on time and were very professional. Had received another quote from a competitor that was more than Ram's Air charged for a new a/c unit. Will definitely use them in the future.

Responsive, punctual, and professional. Reasonable prices and our new HVAC unit is working great. Very happy with Silvio and his team.

BEWARE! I called Silvio to fix our AC. 20 days later the ac broke again. we called back for warranty but what a surprise, Silvio told us that the compressor was unable to be repaired and we needed a new unit for $,3,500. We decided to call another company for a second opinion and they were able to make the repair for $250.00 . BEWARE!! Stay Away from these unscrupulous people or you will get robbed. WORST COMPANY IN MIAMI BEACH FL

Great service, quick, reliable, reasonable. Great new install of 5 ton ac. Saving a bundle on electricity!
Rams is the best in Miami beach, Thank you guys! Ed

I called the company for the water leakage of A/C unit in my restaurant. They said coils were dirty and after cleaning the problem would end. 15 days later, A/C unit started to drop water again. We called them, they came and cleaned up the accumulated water and went away saying there would be no more. Unfortunately, 1 week later the problem occurred again. We called the company, but the response was unbelievable, unprofessional. The voice on the phone was saying that DO NOT CALL US AGAIN. What kind of respect and responsibility is this? İ certainly do not recommend this company.

They recommended to installed a uv light and a whole house air cleaner to help my daughters asthma and allergies . It made a huge difference! They did a fast and amazing job. We will definitely use them again!

Most professional people ever

They're the best all around in Miami!
Super reliable!
I recommend RAMS to everyone!

Silvio Miranda is so helpful and goes above and beyond his job!
His communication with clients is 10/10

Sergio and his team stepped up when the competition did not. I called on Wednesday evening. Sergio booked an 8:30am appointment for the next morning. His team showed up early, and by end of day, our tenant had a working air conditioner. The fan was replaced and the board too, and happy tenant. He also took the time to answer all my questions about what was broken, why, what was next likely to break, etc. He didn’t rush me to make a decision about whether to fix the fan or replace the entire unit. He explained the options and patiently waited my response. We chose to replace the fan and board. Plus, we were able to pay with Zelle, which made things even easier. Sergio and Rams AC are now our go-to AC repair and service company in South Beach.

Mr Miranda was professional and knowledgeable. He delivered results.

Second review 2 years later. This company is great, fair priced, and very responsive. I highly recommend using Ram’s Air. I called at 9:00 am and they were there within 2 hours. Fixed the problem and answered all our questions.

Our AC began to leak, we called another company who promised to be there the next day. We took off work to be present. No one came after three phone calls that were made saying en-route and no courtesy call to say they were done for the day. At 10:30 pm, in desparation I start looking for someplace else. I called Rams Air Conditioning and they had someone come first thing in the morning. They called to confirm ahead of time, and were able to fix the issue with ease. The technition was super respectful, and we appreciate their great service. I would definately recommend giving them a call if you need a repair. Rams AC is the way to go!

Silvio (the owner) and his team are OUTSTANDING! Responsible, fair, detail oriented, safe, and overall a great find! Many thanks!

Rams is the best! Easily cleaned up all my permit violations. Silvio is honest & answers his phone. Has handled repairs for me the same day & his pricing is more then fair. I highly recommend 👌

I’ve been a customer of Rams Air for over 30 years, and their service has always been outstanding. From the first phone call to the final check of the system, they treat every job with care and professionalism. Their technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, and explain everything clearly, and the office staff is just as friendly and helpful.

Over the decades they’ve handled everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, and they’ve never let me down. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with genuine customer service, but Rams Air continues to set the standard. Highly recommended!I’m

Excellent service and great price, friendly customer service.

Great company, excellent customer service and the price was right.

Very happy with the service, fast response and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Fantastic preventative maintenance service. They caught a potential issue before it became a major problem. Very thorough.

Heating & Air Conditioning Miami Beach installed a new HVAC system in our home, and the difference is amazing. The installation was smooth, and the crew was respectful of our property. Highly recommend them!

They were five hours late to begin with. I called to have a tune up on my AC. The guy came, wasn't even there for 5 minutes and got multiple calls on his cell phone. He did absolutely nothing to my AC. I called to have get my AC checked, and also to possibly add a maintenance agreement. Two weeks later, my AC completely stops working. Do you think these people really "checked" and "maintained" anything?! Needless to say i did not call them once my AC broke. Pick another AC company!

One of the most reliable companys in Miami Beach, Within seconds they are able to establish what is wrong and fix it in a timely manner. Reliable Air conditioning has prices and service that are well deserving for 5stars.
Would recommend this company to everyone in need of service in the Miami Beach area.
