Recibi una llamada inmediata por parte del técnico. Me pidió enviarle una fotografía de la secadora. Me llamo de inmediato y me informo que venir a revisar valdría 85 dólares. Le pedí un estimado de cuanto valdría la reparación se puso molesto y colgó el teléfono de forma grosera. Muy lamentable.

Called for service on a Friday said it would be done at 10 on Saturday no response very unprofessional

Jorge was punctual, arrived with all necessary tools and immediately diagnosed the problem.
My dishwasher was not draining the dirty water because there was a chicken bone stuck in the hose that connects with the water disposal. He showed me every step of the repair what he was doing. After removing the chicken bone he ran the dish washer through a complete 45 minute cycle. He charged me the one hour fee. Fair and competent.

I called for service around 10 am he came and was finished by 1 pm the same day. Professional and gave information on how to avoid the same problem again.

Horrible experience just on my first call. Jorge answered the call and explained his visits fees, asked questions about the fee and all of the sudden Jorge went off, with a nasty and upsetting tone, complaining about customers watching videos in Youtube then doubting his 45 year of experience.. I never said anything about Youtube, I don't even know how to open the fridge. The guy is obviously frustrated with previous clients and I was the lucky one he used to vent his frustrations..

Extremely rude individual. Inappropriate language and tone. Uses irritated tone upon inquiries related to his experience. If you do not provide service on weekends then do not pick up the phone. Arrogance in choice of words used. Hanging up on customers face who are inquiring about service details and product knowledge is neither required nor is appropriate. Your $125 service charge is industry standard but your choice of inappropriate words isn't.

I've had Jorge at my house 3 times- 2 times for my fridge/freezer and 1 time for my garbage disposal. He is fair in price and honest...and more than anything he fixes what needs to be fixed and I have never had to call him back after. He is 100% a straight shooter, he's not here to be your friend. He gives you a heads up on the service charge before he gets to your house and is very reasonable compared to what we have experienced.
