I filed a police report as a civil manner for this fraudulent scam electrician who stole my money and did not complete the job. He said if things were not complete to call him. I did call the following day to say things were not complete and his wife who is the back office person has hung up and not answered numerous texts as the electricity is not working properly making living conditions difficult. Any good company would pick up the phone or answer the text. Instead they put their "we respectfully disagree" statements on the Google review. Answer your phone and text and talk to me...it is called customer service and you said to call you if there were any problems...and now you are asking for another statement of work? The house is in worse shape because of your work and you did not have the decency to answer your phone or text...sham company

I used Ney Electric during my home remodeling and honestly had a really good experience. The guys were on time, easy to talk to, and knew what they were doing. Everything felt very organized and professional, which I appreciated.

The price was fair compared to other quotes I got, and there were no surprises at the end. The work came out clean and exactly how I wanted it.

Overall I’m really happy with how everything turned out. It’s not easy finding people that actually show up, do the job right, and charge fairly, but they did. I would definitely use them again.

Edit: “Apparently” the company does not recognize my name when they had come to my house less than a week ago.. Another reason NOT to do business with this company.. Extremely unprofessional and I will be taking action to have their contractor's license revoked.| Got a quote to have my ceiling fan replaced, The price was great so I had one of their electricians come out and do the work, but not even an hour after the electrician had finished the job and left I started having issues with the fan, I couldnt turn it off! I called the office’s number and a lady answered.. I explained the issue and she abruptly hung up on me, I called back and immediately got hung up on again. Not sure why they could not answer, come back and fix the issue. Instead I now have to dispute the transaction I made with them…. Poor communication and poor workmanship. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
