Cesar and team did an outstanding job renovating my landscape in the front of my house. In addition, he fixed broken sprinkler and installed lighting equipment. On top of the great work, he provided exceptional customer service throughout the project. I highly recommended using Green Grass!! I know I will use them again.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cesar Nunez last year when he helped us install a palm tree required by our HOA. The experience was so pleasantly effortless and reasonable that when didn’t hesitate to call him again when an entire hedgerow of Clusia, bracing of several fruit trees, and installation of a separate flower bed were required last week.

Mr. Nunez is fully licensed and insured, and has extensive knowledge of local HOA regulations. This makes gaining necessary approvals by their boards and committees a simplified process. His is a safe bet for quality and approvals.

As the other reviews have indicated, Mr. Nunez is highly responsive at all points, chooses only the finest nursery plants, sends photos of the individual chosen plants, and passes all savings to his customers. In regards to that last-mentioned virtue, his charges are among the most reasonable ones we’ve found. He clearly values his customers’ approval and loyalty well above “hit and run” profit with which many south Florida businesses tarnish reputations.

His excellent character also bears mention. He is an able listener reliable communicator, good faith operator, and a positive and industrious personality. (If you love basketball, mention that to him!)

Green Grass III is HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Cesar and his team did a fantastic job removing the multiple stumps on our property and laying fresh sod. The daily reminders texted to me to water the newly laid sod is just a small example of the kind, friendly and professional customer service and support you can expect from Green Grass III. We have additional projects we're hiring them for and we would highly recommend using them for all your landscaping needs.

My wife and I initially hired Cesar to install landscaping edging. However, after meeting with him we decided to do our entire backyard project with his company. He installed a couple of palm trees in our yard, as well as a concrete slab for a gazebo, and coco plum hedge line towards the back fence. Cesar is very hands on and has great communication skills, he always listened to our requests, while making positive suggestions. We would highly recommend Cesar and his company for your landscaping needs!

After reading an excellent review from a fellow Heron Bay resident about Green Grass III Landscaping, I decided to schedule an appointment for an estimate to revamp our front and courtyard landscaping. I met with Cesar and from our first meeting, I knew his company was the right fit. We walked through the project, discussed ideas, and he provided the most competitive estimate.

Cesar is knowledgeable and friendly, and I appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. There was no pressure to commit to his company. He and his crew did an outstanding job—reliable, professional, and they completed the work on schedule, efficiently, and exactly as designed.

We have used Cesar for 10 years now and have consistently had a professional experience. He is fair with pricing, reliable, and friendly.

Installed pavers on side of house. Instead of digging out the site, pavers are several inches above grade. This has caused significant flooding and drainage issues. Caesar’s response was to add a crude corrugated pipe over the area. Although I am a repeat customer and have spent over thousands of dollars with his company, he absolutely refused to accept responsibility for the issue. I will now have to hire someone else to do the work properly.

Cesar is great to work with. On time and very helpful in suggesting what plants would work best for our landscaping. I would definitely recommend using him as I am very happy with his work!

Excellent work, timely completion, good value, great team, nice advice/ suggestions - really turned the landscaping up to the next level. Dump Squad Junk Removal is a great company that I would recommend to anyone. The team was able to remove all the old appliances from my garage in a timely manner. They were very efficient and respectful of my property. Thank you for a great experience.

I used Dump Squad after a small renovation project at home. We had drywall, wood scraps, and broken tiles everywhere. These guys showed up right when they said they would and got to work fast. They were really respectful of the property and made sure not to leave any mess behind. I appreciated how careful they were loading things, especially around our new walls and floors.
