Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is our first home and we have never dealt with septic before. Ask for Richard professional and shows you when the job is complete and goes over everything he does and recommends. No pressure sales.

I've used Mr.C's for the last 8 years for our septic system. They recently replaced our drain field. They are always very professional, very responsive, and provide high-quality service. We will continue using them for all our septic needs.

Mr. C Plumbing always gets the job done and at a reasonable price. The staff are experienced and experts at their jobs. The only company I call to clean out my septic tank.

Great Experience, Kevin is a man of his word. They did my job as they scheduled it and finished on time. New Septic and Drain field. I'm a general contractor so time is money. I highly recommend Mr C's Plumbing.

Revision of the original review. My experience had happened a while back and has been resolved. I don’t own that house anymore and haven’t heard from new owners complaining. Hence, it’s only fair to change it so the small local businesses are properly supported. In the end as I recall, everyone was very courteous and the unfortunate cable incident was an isolated one.

Working with Mr. C's was easy. There were some hiccups in the beginning and it wasn't a fault of Mr. C's, there was a hurricane, they they had to back up all the work before the storm it. Once they started the work it was seamless, easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend their work. Mr. Kemble and Suzanne where very helpful and always took the time to take care of whatever I needed. Thank you!!!

They came on a Sunday. They were professional. A local well known plumbing company tried to charge me 15k for the same sink clog. That plumber charged me $700 on a snake and subsequently offered to tear up my floor and no patch after they failed. Mr. C's immediately recognized that all I needed was a septic tank pump and mainline pressure clean. Thirty years in business. FANTASTIC!!!!

Martin and his team were very professional and great to work with. The whole project was complete in 3-4 days and included rerouting plumbing to the front of the house. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! They were on time, fast, friendly and very informative. I was having problems with my bathroom drainage. The water was backing up into the shower. They came out and showed me the problem in the septic tank. Within an hour my tank was drained, cleaned and my pipes were hydro jetted. Everything is working fine and I am eternally grateful. Thank you so much!!!!!

Mr. C’s went above and beyond for my project! I’d already dealt with several other septic tank contractors and I cannot put into words how terrible my experiences were with them. My project included dealing with the Department of Health and permitting. Martin, Kemble and Suzanne were all a pleasure to work with, are experts in their industry, professional, did great work, were prompt with their communication and most importantly GOT THE JOB DONE!!! Mr Cs finished a difficult job connecting us from septic to sewer, working with huge tree roots and a small crawl space. Other companies we asked for quotes refused to perform the work or quoted us inflated prices. Mr Cs worked swiftly and took care of all permitting and inspections in a timely manner. I recommend them for any large job, they clearly have the expertise and Suzanne was lovely to work with.

I have worked with 4 "reputable" Septic companies over the past decade. Mr. C's takes first prize. They are at the top with respect to professionalism. They are honest as the day is long. They are patient and tell you what needs to be done and why, and make sure that there is mutual understanding before taking on a job. On clean outs, they have been fast and efficient and price their service very fairly and better than the competition. On this big job of replacing the drain field they have been unbelievably good. You make the appointment for the inspection and estimate with the loveliest office staff in town.Then, very promptly, and right on time, the estimator shows up as promised. He has more experience in our area than anyone around & knows the details of the soil, the systems in the area, and the special care needed near the canals, etc. Just for his knowledge alone, I could have prolonged this phase a lot longer. But these guys are efficient, polite, and professional & had to keep the next client as happy as me. The estimate was immediate and was the best bid for the job. With one company the price was very similar, but others intended to charge us double. With the Covid crisis, we thought the approval process would be much delayed, but Mr. C's were able to limit that to a minimum. The crews and the heavy machinery arrived exactly when promised, worked cleanly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were very amiable and considerate. All of us have had bad experiences in the trades, if we have been owners for very long. Not with these people. They live up to the highest expectations. They really could be no better. They are the tops.

We needed a new drain field, socalled another company first and they came but never gave me a quote. Then one of my neighbors highly recommended Mr.C's and I called. They came right away and started the permit process the same day and when the permit was delivered they dug and installed the drain field the same day. After waiting for final inspection for a couple of more days they came back and finished the job in no time. I am very happy with the work and their workers are excellent.

We have had a good experience with Mr. C's Plumbing. We purchased an older home and needed the existing drain-field moved to make the rear yard more useful. There are a lot of regulations to be met and permits to obtain, and all went very well, and when there were the inevitable problems with remodeling old systems, we worked well together to find solutions and keep the job moving. I recommend them.

Mr. C’s Plumbing & Septic is always easy to work with! They are reliable, on time, polite and helpful. They have been cleaning our septic tank for 10 years and they replaced a drain field for us. I’ve been using Mr C‘s for over a dozen years for all of my construction projects which involve septic systems or drainfield and I cannot express how professional, courteous, and truly knowledgeable that this company is. From the owner Kemble, right on down the line everyone treat you with such respect throughout the entire process. Their prices are well within reason and I can call them day or night with problems And they’re handled expeditiously. All I can say is they are truly gentlemen

We used Mr. C's in March-April of 2017 to drain our septic tank and install a new drain field. They were professional, had all the proper inspections promptly, and were in and out in about one week. The Building Department where I live knows Mr. C's and works with them because of previous good experiences with them. I would recommend Mr. C's to anyone who wants a good job done on a new drain field.
