I Wish I Could Use a NEGATIVE number. I would STAY away from them at all cost. Please do yourself a favor. These guys are in the lying and stealing business 100%. The story is too long and painful. A series of bad work done in my house including relocation of a big drain field that had to be done twice because it did not pass inspection the first time. The last episode is about replacing and removing a sewer pump that went bad (that they had installed two years prior). They said the new pump had 1 year warranty. and the installation was done FEB 11, 2016 at an incredible cost of $1500! Now the pump went bad (after only 7 months). Donald (one of the partners) came in and said that they needed to charge $180 just to open the tank to see IF the pump was working or not (!?) after I called him to report continuous noise from the pump. I refused to pay $180 for that. I had to clean my septic and pump tank anyways so I emptied the tank with a real and serious company and they confirmed that the pump went out. I called Donald to report that its confirmed that the pump went bad (after 6 months) and I needed a replacement under warranty ASAP. Donald then said: "I can not honor the warranty because another company serviced the tank". I said: They just emptied the tank which was full because the pump was not working, I have video of the whole thing!. But 1hr later Donald they said it has no warranty! Please stay away from these rats. I wish I had read reviews from these scumbags. In the middle of my conversations with this Donald, I was able to get a hold of Mr Kemble (owner), who actually recognized that Donald should not have said I should be charged $180! just to inspect the pump. He did however said that they can not honor the warranty if some other company worked on the tank. I said to Donald: I have everything on video, the other company has 30 years in business and they just emptied the tank. his answer? "where does it say on my paper that the pump has a warranty" and HUNG the phone on me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, worst customer service, worst service. A total, simple Direct FRAUD. This will not stay like this. I'll update once I have justice. Once again, I wish somebody warned me about these rats. Stay away.

Great Experience, Kevin is a man of his word. They did my job as they scheduled it and finished on time. New Septic and Drain field. I'm a general contractor so time is money. I highly recommend Mr C's Plumbing.

Revision of the original review. My experience had happened a while back and has been resolved. I don’t own that house anymore and haven’t heard from new owners complaining. Hence, it’s only fair to change it so the small local businesses are properly supported. In the end as I recall, everyone was very courteous and the unfortunate cable incident was an isolated one.
