This place is great..the owner is friendly and he gets the job done.

I have never had a company ghost me before but now since I still dont have my mitigation report to submit to my insurance company I cannot be reimbursed from the damage to my personal items. They do not answer my calls/texts, they answer my roomates calls (the numbers they do not recognize) and told them several times it would be there in a day or two each time, well now it's been two and a half weeks. I understand that my estimate was free and I am not a priority or emergency but it's very disappointed to be ignored by a company.
