If you are looking for honest and trustworthy individuals look no further they were very informative from the time I contact them. They stayed in touch if they were gonna be later. They came and in a couple mins they know the issue of what is wrong my cooler. They came the next Morin and fix the issue and I am happy with there job. As a new business owner I have come across quit a few dishonest individuals who I have called for there service at my restaurant and I will definitely retain them of any further issues I have at my restaurant. And for the price they are one of the best. They also fix my entrance door without me asking them. Continue delivering the exceptional service I received from you guys and thank you 😊

Orlim was quick to respond initially but they did not diagnose correctly. Instead they used a process of elimination to figure out the problem and insisted we continually needed to purchase additional parts. They have come out 5 times, to the tune of over $4k and the Thermador freezer still doesn't operate. After the initial visit, they have never once shown up on time and mostly they make us wait, call at end of day to reschedule for next day. It's the worst service company we have ever used. My hope is that they will read this and make an effort to correct their mistakes. I absolutely would not recommend using them at this point.

I had just bought a new house and the electric panel and some wiring needed to be completely replaced. Not to mention, for my own taste, I wanted 8 light fixtures to be changed too. I got several quotes, but none beat Orlim. Not only that, but they got 100% of the work done ahead of schedule and left everything in perfect condition (I've heard horror stories about how other electricians leave their work). I am so happy and will definitely call them with any future electrical needs!

My subzero wine cooler stopped cooling and the lights turned off, I found Orlim Electric on Facebook and called to get it serviced. The technician, Orlando, arrived and fixed it the same day. Very kind man and he even taught me how to maintain my wine cooler long term! Definitely recommend!!

I have a large subzero with French doors on my boat. It stopped working so I tried calling another company who didn't even bother showing up. I was referred to Orlim Electric and they were quick to show up and I could tell they were experienced. Tech was very courteous and helped fix the freezer with no complaints (it's definitely a tight fit). I highly recommend this company if you want someone honest, experienced, and great at what they do.

Orlim's technician misdiagnosed why my refrigerator was not working and proposed a number of unnecessary "fixes" that would have cost thousands of dollars and not addressed the issue. I was able to fix it myself for free after examining the schematics of the unit. Rather than admitting their mistake and refunding the diagnosis fee for a completely wrong diagnosis, Orlim has refused any kind of refund and has cut off communications with me. I tried to give them a chance but it has become clear that they rather act in bad faith than stand by their service. Disappointing, to say the least.

I usually don't have issues with my appliances so when my Subzero ice maker stopped working I didn't know who to call to fix it. I found Orlim Electric on Yelp and gave them a call. I found this issue late in the afternoon but luckily they were able to send out a technician the same day. I was unsure about who to trust but the technician was kind and honest. Very glad I called them. I'm going to be using their warranty to service all my appliances regularly. I highly recommend this company. Saved me a huge head ache!

Orlim is amazing, quick, and reliable. We had a problem with out fridge at Icon South Beach and Amber was able to get us a technician to the property within 1 hour for a fair price. The part we needed arrived the next day and we were good to go. Highly recommend.

Orlim has fixed and maintained my Sub Zero refrigerator for the last few years. When making an appointment for service, I have dealt with Amber. She has gone out of her way to make sure that I get an appointment that fits into my schedule. It is a pleasure working with Amber. The company is lucky to have her as their first contact to Orlim.

Buyer beware!!!!!. After the initial $200 visit, Orlim wanted to charge me $2400 for my Sub Zero Wine refrigerator repair. I was able to order the part from Sub Zero for $300 and thanks to youtube, installed it in 15 minutes. $2200 for 15 minutes of work is extreme price gaugung, and I would warn anyone to do their research before overpaying for a simple service.
