I was so excited when I found Eco on Google because ever since I’ve had them my pool has been an excellent condition. We want to express our dissatisfaction with the service provided by ECOLOBOOST POOLS at Villa Rústica.
We hired the company to inspect a leak in the jacuzzi. They came out, performed the inspection, and issued a report identifying the supposed problem area. Based on that report, we moved forward with repairs—but it quickly became clear the leak was not in the area they identified.
After we followed up, they returned and found the actual leak in a completely different location.
This not only caused unnecessary repairs and expenses but also shows a lack of accuracy and professionalism. The initial report was wrong, and it resulted in wasted time and money. We no longer have confidence in their inspections or technical capabilities.
This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the quality and responsibility expected from a specialized service provider.

The two workers were very professional and treated us with honesty and respect and all area worked was cleaned that you cannot tell work was done. Will recommend this company.

I contacted Junior who scheduled a visit for a leak test next day.
They came to diagnose a leak in my pool, and sent me a complete report the same day including pictures, details of the broken pipe and the test result of all the pool components and the scope of work to be done.
