Reviews of local pros in Miami Lakes, Florida

Very well educated and respectful! Did an awesome job on all our A/C projects.

Very professional! They were on time and their prices are reasonable. I definitely would recommend them.

My AC broke and they fixed it in no time! Fast & reliable at a reasonable price.

After multiple companies came to check on my AC not working giving me different diagnostics and an overly expensive quotes, Speciality HVAC was able to figure out was going on within minutes and fix it for the best price. I 100% recommend them! Quality work and professionals in one place.

Servicio excelente. Muy buena calidad en la atencion al cliente y sus especialistas en HVAC son los mejores. Me instalaron mi aire de alta eficiencia y todo fue magnifico. Gracias

It was an awesome experience

This is an excellent place to come to for all your AC repairs. Reasonable prices an super customer service

I recently used this AC repair service and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, they were very prompt—came out the same day to inspect the unit and quickly identified the issue. They ordered the part and returned the very next day to complete the repair, which I really appreciated. (Technician had to come back and fix a problem with initial installation a day later).

However, I was disappointed with the pricing. The total cost felt high around $1600 for a motor blower and when I asked for an itemized bill to see the breakdown between parts and labor, the technician refused to provide it. Transparency is important, especially when costs are significant.

Overall, the lack of clear pricing makes it hard for me to fully recommend them.

Yarnel was super helpful in fixing our dishwasher. Got the right part and got it working quickly!

Yarnell was amazing. A+ work. 10/10

They installed three Google nest, after our prior HVAC contractor was unable to do so. Our technician was fantastic, and when we realized I didn’t have the necessary, battery batteries, he went down to his truck and found them.

The process of changing out 2 central a/c units was daunting. Air Zone was great at explaining options & why it made sense to change both units rather than fix. They offered an option to pay over time too . Their team arrived on time- with all the equipment & worked nonstop all day till everything was completed to my satisfaction. They were honest, neat & respectful. Would totally recommend them for your cooling needs- i understand they do wine coolers too’

Jahanguir was very knowledgeable and professional and explained to us what was wrong with our brand new central AC after the installer gave us wrong information. It’s now running perfect. Thanks Jahanguir. I will be looking to sign up for the maintenance plan.

Eduardo was incredible with his time from start to finish, professional, and recommended a UV light to help keep the house safe from bacteria and mold buildup. Great work my friend.

Always a great experience with Air Zone. They are prompt, courteous, clean and always resolve the issue. We have used them several times and will continue to do so in the future. Reliable service with a smile. Technician Castillo is awesome!

Truth be told, this Company is a clear stand out. They service my wine room chiller unit and they are phenomenon, very prompt, and priced very fair.

I highly recommend them!!.

We have used Air Zone twice now, once for duct cleaning and once to replace our AC. The office staff, especially Lina, are friendly and scheduling is easy and quick. The technicians who installed our new AC, Jahanguir and Leonardo, arrived on time and cleaned up everything when they were finished. We appreciated their professionalism.

They were so professional, clean and thorough. I will use for all my AC needs! They replaced my grills and they look wonderful!

We contacted AirZone mechanical for help with our 5 AC Units that needed maintenance, they helped install blue uv lights, and helped repair a side unit we use as well for wine cellar.

Kayen was the one the helped us the most, he was very professional throughout the process.

Thanks!
