Reviews of local pros in Miami Lakes, Florida

I called on a Monday for a last minute cleaning I needed on Friday and the turn around response time was amazing . They showed up on time and I didn’t have to provide anything for them to do the job . I was even able to add on a last minute covid spray
I will
Definitely be using this company again

Booked this company to clean office space in our building and for pre and post events. They did an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing stations and office space for staff and students. Reliable, on time and professional. Will book again and refer to anyone.

Amazing service! The team provided excellent customer service and did a very thorough deep clean. Everything looked fantastic, and my house smelled so fresh when they were done. I will definitely be using them again!

We use this cleaning company for our commercial space, and their service has been nothing short of excellent. From day one, they’ve been professional, reliable, and consistent. Our offices are always spotless, restrooms are well-maintained, and high-traffic areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.

We had a last-minute emergency with a DOT inspection coming up, and another cleaning service canceled on us at the last minute. Jesse and his crew came through without hesitation and did an incredible job cleaning our entire fleet of tow trucks. They were professional, thorough, and efficient, leaving every truck spotless and smelling fresh. Their attention to detail and ability to handle an urgent situation really saved us. Highly recommend them for any business fleet—these guys truly deliver under pressure!

We have regularly scheduled appointments, and every single time the job is completed with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. We have used multiple services from them, including carpet cleaning, pressure washing our home and driveway, and ongoing regular home cleaning. Each service has been performed exceptionally well. They arrive on time, communicate clearly, and always leave our home looking spotless. It’s reassuring to work with a company that truly takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Total Excellence Services Inc. to anyone looking for dependable, top-quality service.

ASI provides outstanding service ever time. Leydi is exceptional and always sees to it that our business is always looking great!! Highly recommended!

To me ASI is the best janitorial service in South East Florida! They have been cleaning our condo building for a few years now and they are amazing. I have used just about every company that you could imagine until I found ASI and finally I am satisfied.

The team that ASI has assembled to support our 400 unit property, in Hallandale, is amazing. The on site leadership and professionalism is tremendous. I would give 6 stars if I could.

America Service Industries (ASI) truly went above and beyond for us! We were so impressed by the personal attention they gave to cleaning the blinds throughout our entire office - On two floors - At no extra cost. Leidy Personally came to inspect the blinds and arranged for next day service, which was incredibly efficient and thoughtful.

This is a well run business that clearly values customer satisfaction and delivers excellent service with professionalism and care. I highly recommend them to any business, looking for reliable detail-oriented janitorial support!

The team is very professional and great communication.

Great customer service, the office is clean, staff are great to work with and the price is right. What more can you ask for.

Never had an issue with the Citywide team down here in Miami. They are always flexible and able to assist in almost any project you can come up with. I only trust Jonathan and Melissa!

City Wide has been cleaning our office for about 8 months. The customer service and communication is excellent. On the few occasions when they've missed a spot cleaning, they have been very responsive and immediately corrected the issue, sending us photos to show what they've done. I also like that they offer many other cleaning and disinfection services and products, ie hand sanitizer, that have been helpful to us. I would definitely recommend City Wide.

Cleaning is cleaning but where this company excels in my opinion is in the management and customer service. No matter what it is they take care of it asap and send pictures verifying they did it. AMAZING!! Johnathan allows me to contact him directly with any issues we encounter and has regularly visited the facility to ensure things are going well and that we are not only happy with the service but uses his knowledge and experience to ensure the work is being done up to their high standards.
